My ticket not booked but amount has been deducted from my account i got even alert massage and mail from my bank that transaction is done

My transaction id - [protected], date[protected], journey kanpur to surat, amount 3575, train no /name - 82908 / ljn bct suvidha

I am trying to cancel E-TICKET on PNR [protected] but IRCTC site is not functioning since long time.I am left with very limited time and want to cancel immediately to avoid further cancellation charges.Please assit me in urgent cancellation. I was trying to book 5 tickets from Barnala(Punjab) to Haridwar for date 8/6/17. I tried two attempts at 3:29 PM and 7:07 PM. Money deducted Rs. 992.92 and Rs. 995.18 on dated 05/06/2017, but not booked tickets. Plz revrse this deducted money
