Actually, i tried booking a train between kharagpur and chennai central (12839 / hwh mas mail) almost seven times and seventh time my ticket got booked successfully. Before that i struggled booking six times with failed transaction issues.in that three transactions doesn't matter at all because i had not entered my otp but the other three transactions i entered otp and entered continue and i received the failed message only (Its coming session expired even though i was giving my information quickly). After the seventh time successful confirmation i got the message from the bank and checked my balance that amount was deducted twice. I was totally shocked and i didn't get any message also and don't know what to do...in that payment status of failed transaction history it is showing "pending from bank end" and "amount not received from bank" but my amount 3340inr (2 passenger) had been deducted...
