Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — tickets not booked but amount debited | |||
Hello Sir, I am sending you my daughter's latest bank account statement from the date of booking to till date which is in the attachment & also the screenshot of return journey whose ticket booking was unsuccessful on IRCTC website. I booked the tickets on 16-Nov-18 for going to Haridwar on 28-Nov-18 and returning to Bharuch on 1st- Dec-18 did the payment through my daughter's debit card of Bank Of Baroda. As you can see in the passbook statement of Bank Of Baroda both the amount is debited from the account. but the return tickets payment is not credited to the account till date as the return journey tickets were not booked and showed status 'pending from bank end'. I did booking through this email id only. We have to go to Haridwar on an urgent basis and I am a senior citizen. it is already on the waiting list. My Booking transaction id is [protected] & User ID is -omshri28 on IRCTC website.IRCTC representative said the ticket was not booked so the amount may not get debited I showed him the bank statement. I contacted both IRCTC & Bank OF Baroda but both are not responding to my complaint. I request you to please look into the issue and please refund my amount soon.
