Dear sir,
I wish to inform you that my 1) pnr number: [protected] shankergarh to anand vihar on date 5/6/17, train name is rewa express had been cancelled (Transaction id - [protected]) which amount have to refund rs.1530 according your message & email but still i did not get it and
2) pnr number: [protected] coi to sbc on date 31/5/16, train name is sanghamitra express had been cancelled (Transaction id - [protected]) which amount have to refund rs. 4080 according your message & email but still i did not get it also till now.
So this is requested to you that please refund my both amount.
