Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Train (52587 / KGN DJ NG TRAIN - TOY train) cancelled, but refund not processed | |||||
Hi, I have booked below tickets in train no: 52587 (toy train), and on the date of journey 16th Mar, when i reached at GHUM railway station, where i needed to board the train, then there it was mentioned that train is cancelled due to some techical fault. I contacted station Master like why it is not being updated on internet. (generally, status of toy train 52587 is not being updated on internet) he told me it takes time to update. So at the same time, i tried to file TDR, but there is no option of train cancelled in reason of TDR filing, thus i didn't file the TDR. But later what i check on my ticket in my irctc account, it is still not marked as train cancelled. Thus I emailed to [protected]@irctc.co.in; [protected]@irctc.co.in for the same, told the same like it is still not marked as train cancelled and requested them to check with concerned railway zone and process for refund. But everytime what they say that you've not filed TDR in prescribed time limit. And, everytime I told them like why I need to file TDR when train is cancelled. it might be that have not marked the PRS as train cancelled, thus please check with concerned railway zone. There were 3 PNRs as below for (6+6+5) people.
