My PNR No:- [protected] Train No:- 23226 1- Train delayed by more than 5 hrs. but not get message. 2- Mobile no is with IRCTC as ticket has booked online. 3- Still official site is showing that the train is on time. 4- When I reached station come to know about delay. 5- Official site still showing that the train is on time. 5- Due to this negligence there is wastage of my time & I have to suffer a lot as well. 6- Can you provide the facilities equivalent to Airport by this type of negligence. 7- Kindly confirm the reason of this negligence and also confirm the name of concerning department/ person for this negligence. 8- And also confirm that can I go in legal against the concerning department/person for this negligence as I simply want compensation for wastage of my time. 9- waiting for your reply. They are charging huge amounts to all the items in railway stations and the quality is not zero but negative...very bad..Requesting the railway ministers & officials to look into the matter..pls try to rectify..
