My train was diverted and train was not arrived at my boarding station. My train booking details are as follows:

Travel date: 4-august-2019
Traveling from: vadodara to new delhi
Train number: 12951/ mumbai rajdhani
Pnr number: [protected]
Name: chaitanya pithawa

I get sms from indian railway that train was diverted from surat. Kindly find the screenshot attached for your reference. Even i have attached the refund rules from indian railways site and it is clearly mentioned that no tdr required to be filed.

My travelling was so important that i have to book the tick

I mail to irctc and even they didn't clarify for my query.

Please do the needful for the refund of my ticket. Thanks.

Updated by chaitanya pithawa Reply from IRCTC was also attached in above complaint. No executive is giving proper answer against my query.

Even I have to book my ticket in urgency in flight with higher cost.

I request IRCTC to reimburse me my ticket amount. Thanks.
