On every railway ticket, it is written "are you aware that 43 % of your fare is borne by the common citizens of the country". Does it mean we are not common citizens? And what about railway employees and politicians? There 100 % fare is borne by common citizens. Does the same is also written on there tickets? It seems that we are travelling on charity. I was booking ticket from Mugalsarai to Delhi on 26 Nov 2017 for 27 Nov 2017 but ticket was not booked. My payments deducted two times with two different amount and ticket was not booked. I have called and emailed them several times daily but no one is replying back or giving a solution to me.

The refund status of my cancelled e ticket shows" REFUNDED" on 21st Nov 2017 . The refund Id being [protected] but it has not been credited to my bank account
