Hi, I have booked the ticket from mas to sbc on 03/07/2017 and pnr number is [protected] My user id ven564 and password has been deactivated and send a mail to [protected]@irctc.co.in as well There is no response from my mail. As i frequently travel. I have booked the tickets one month before to and from destinations. Iam worrying if my plan is changed then how to cancel those tickets as well. Please do the needful. I believe at least they can give one option in logon page with by entering pnr and other information to cancel the tickets atleast.
