I did not get the point of deduction on those tickets which are not getting confirmed (Waiting list tickets), If Railway is not capable to provide the facility to passengers, its railway fault not passenger fault, they should not deduct any amount for waiting list tickets, whole amount should be refunded. Passenger is suffering from both ends, he is not getting railway service and on the hand we missed important scheduled works and some times we have to take a tatkal ticket on some other route or timing by paying more money. Please find the details of last incident which I faced recently.
