Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — "your profile is incomplete. please complete your profile details in order to continue booking"

I am unable to book any tickets from irctc website as its saying "your profile is incomplete. Please complete your profile details in order to continue booking", where as i am fully updated my details.

Ok fine.. So i went to update the profile where i can see only email and phone information is lost which is mandatory fields, so i am trying to fill the details but your alert told "verification got failed" what i do now, i am fed up now, i have around rs. 1300 in my irctc wallet.. Even though i cant book my tickts i have face this issue for last 4 days, not only for me, i thought most of irctc users be like my mind,..

Please resolve asap
