Today morning I went to book a tatkal ticket and found only one counter is open. By the time I got a chance to book AC tatkal ticket it took 15 minutes and all the seats were filled. Then I stood in another queue which was non AC and my waiting number was 15. When the ticket booking started and when my turn came it was 11.20. all the seats got filled up in that time. There are 3 counters for tatkal and found only one...

My self Abhigaurav Singh and today on dated[protected], I am going to our home Varanasi from Gorakhpur via train number 15004 named Cahirichaura Exp wide PNR number [protected].
I have already paid full fare for 3AC of Rs. 541/- but by attended provided totally dirty linen and bedroll to almost all coach passengers including me because every passenger complaining the same to attended but attended straight forward syas that my responsibility...

Indian railways is advertising that they are extending concession to senior citizens. I actually tried to get the senior citizen complaint and the system has displayed a message stating that "CONCESSION IS NOT ALLOWED IN THIS TRAIN". Then I have sent a mail to the given address to let me know whether senior citizen concession is available or not?

This is Mayuri chaudhary and I am raising a complaint for the stay which me and my mother had taken at Pune railway station in ladies dormitory. I have taken 24hours stay for 2 persons each costing 500 rs for an AC stay. My PNR number for booking the stay is [protected] (period from 12 pm[1st october 2022]-12 pm[2nd october 2022]).

The ceiling of ladies dormitory was broken and AC was leaking...

I Amol Ghule had booked my bike as a parcel on dated 30th September 2022 from Panvel to Parli Vaijnath (train no. 17613) but till now i have not received my Parcel (Parcel receipt no. A 253796).

Today 30 September at 1.55 pm I booked a ticket through the ATVM machine at Howrah station. I paid it through upi. With reference id :[protected].
My payment was successful but there is no ticket received from the machine! Some people say it also happened to them. I want to know if the machine was disturbed. Then why it was turned on there ??? What a common passenger will do that?...

Train No. 03123 that i journey today. My PNR no.[protected] that... This train was arrival time was too much late my destination. I left my but, because this late joruney. Please cheak the mistake time recover next time.....

I booked 3 tickects on 25/08/2022 through IRCTC App with PNR No [protected]. Date of Journey was 27/08/2022. Schedule Departure from by boarding station was at 16:50 PM. But train was running more than 4 hours late .So I filed TDR in time. But on 13/09/2022 I got a mail that my TDR against PNR No [protected] has been repudiated. As cause of repudiation it is told that, we actually travelled by that train. It is unexpected from Indian Railway....

I, Sudha Kannan boarded the Jabalpur Somnath express, train number 11464 (B6 compartment berth no. 12) on 27th September 2022. I had to get down at Chhayapuri with a child. The doors on both sides of the compartment were blocked with big heavy bulky bags. The way to B5 compartment from B6 was also also blocked. At Madhupur Railway JN Station have corrupted so many Fake TT Gang Activated they force fully taking money to public behalf of railway force . i am whiteness i have been faced it at Madhupur JN Railway Station pull out train and threat me look at Railway Force they said me keep quit and silence follow me (jayda bolge to koi nahi bachayega) TTE they without any crime presented me RPF force there presence they have taken money....

I have booked from UTS app of indian railways for the unreserved ticketing system for a ticket of local train which cost is Rs. 30 twice. The amount was deducted from my account that is Rs. 30.64 * 2, but the ticket didn't got booked. The payment was done through Zaakpay. I, Sharwan kumar yadav 100 % disabled person due to blindness. i have proper certificate issued by railway authority for taking all the facilities given to physically disabled person provided by Indian railways .
But in spite of that i have proper certificate my ticket has been denied by the staff o[censored]mbargam Road Railway Station Valsad (Gujarat). they are giving the reason for denial of ticket is that...

Local train services which are given by Indian railways is now getting worse. We are daily passengers and we are getting lots of trouble in travelling because from raniganj to burdwan local trains are never on time always late and from burdwan to Howrah Local train are always get cancel and this is happening from 3 to 4 weeks. I m facing lot of troubles...

Request you to reopen my TDR request for PNR No. [protected] in Train No.12312 boarding Gaya on 4th September.

Train was delayed by more than 3 hours at GAYA on 4th September, 2022, my boarding station as another train reported derailed near DDU; may be verified.

I entered the TDR for passenger not travelled has been not accepted for reasons unknown.

This is unfair treatment...

Dear sir,

Express trains like Vidarbha express are getting so much full with passengers having local ticket from Dadar to thane and that is making it too difficult for Express ticket holder to enter into the train. There are 3-4 police in the trains but they come after kalyan and all people stay in thane and dadar suffers alot. I hope you will do something about it.

-Students are facing traveling issues.
-Buses are not coming to my village.
-All business activities are disrupted due to this.

I am traveling in train no:19004/KHANDESH EXP I was going to use washroom and mean time tc came to my seat and when he found no one he alloted my seat to someone else I don't know who is he. When I came back I see someone else on my seat I asked him to give my seat and he said TC alloted him my seat. After some time he called TC, TC come to me and with the very bad behaviour he shouted on me that I can't leave my seat. Please take urgent...

On every monsoon there is water logging near a railway track which cause of increase mosquito and Maleriya/Dengue patients. Request you to fill those area by putting some kind of Material so that we can stay in our house safely.
