On reaching bandra terminus a collie by the name Shirke was harresing, bullying and stocking my wife and me. He was asking for 1500 for carrying our luggage from platform to the exit. Please take some serious action against such coolies.

    Dear Sir/Mam,
    I am requesting please provide 1 minute stoppage to 12393- Sampoorna Kranti Express at (DLN) Dildar Nagar Railway Junction . This train runs from Patna Junction to New Delhi but it has no stoppage over their. There are so many students and employees residing in New Delhi for study and work purpose. It will be very useful for those who have some one day work and want to return. And we don't have any train that start End of the day which arrive the New Delhi(NDLS) in the morning.

    Kindly please accept our request and grant the same.

        Currently, the train # 17235/17236 (Bangalore-Nagercoil-Bangalore) stops at Carmelaram station on both ways, and this helps a lot for commuters who stay around this station (Sarjapur Road, Silkboard, Marathahalli, Bellandur, Devarbesenahalli, etc) And also, since we have a lot of IT parks located near to this station, this facility suits well for the employees who travel daily from the nearest cities like Hosur. I'm seeing a minimum of 100 people getting onboarded into the train from this station on a daily basis. Given the current heavy traffic in Bangalore, if the train does not stop at this station, it will have an impact on all commuters and cause problems in their daily lives.

        People will travel from Sarjapur Road, Silkboard, Marathahalli, Bellandur, Devarbesenahalli, etc) to SMVT or SBC in at least 1 hour 30 minutes in current Bangalore traffic, and at least 2 hours on public transportation.

        Most of the South Indian people are staying nearby (Sarjapur Road, Silkboard, Marathahalli, Bellandur, Devarbesenahalli, etc). People in South Tamil Nadu have only this train to go on to reach on time.

        Could you please consider our concerns? Try to resolve the issue.

              Me and my brother were traveling from chandigarh to Delhi we were silently sitting on platform not initiating any inappropriate behavior suddenly 6 RPF cops came to us(one of them was Ms.shashi) and asked us to show our ID cards to them they were not checking everyone's ID...we asked them reason for checking only our ids out of 100s of persons sitting there one of the cop started raising his voice I showed my ID card and my brother too at the end they said oh they have same father's name they asked us too father's name kya h...like what?? What if we don't have same father's name then ?? Then they were about to leave when I asked them reason for checking ID they didn't specify...they insulted us in front of whole railway station without any reason what if I was with my cousin ?? Or my boyfriend I'm an adult ...my train was about to leave that why I didn't take any action but now I want to...later on when I file complaint on railway helpline they just said that it was for security purpose...6 people for just a boy and girl moreover police personnel out of them insulted a shopkeeper who asked her to pay for her water bottle she said Mai Incharge hu tujhe btaungi...I will travel by bus but not by railways...I don't pay taxes for this...they dragged a couple with them in front o[censored]s matter was to collect bribe from unmarried couples.

                Respected Authorities,
                Today i faced an unfortunate incident at faridabad railway station platform 3 stall/trolley number 5.
                I requested the person on this trolley number 5 to provide me veg patty. This person rudely asked me to pay 20 rupees for it.When I objected that the price is higher than what other vendors are charging for the same patty, this vendor started misbehaving with me.He refused to show me the rate list. When I clicked photo of his stall this vendor physically assaulted me by pushing me asking me to leave his stall.
                I request concerned authority to look into this matter and take action against this vendor of trolley 5 platform 3 faridabad station.
                Had there been a rate list on this trolley this unfortunate incident would have never happened and I would have never gone through this humility.

                    Today morning I went to book a tatkal ticket and found only one counter is open. By the time I got a chance to book AC tatkal ticket it took 15 minutes and all the seats were filled. Then I stood in another queue which was non AC and my waiting number was 15. When the ticket booking started and when my turn came it was 11.20. all the seats got filled up in that time. There are 3 counters for tatkal and found only one person booking the tickets. I found the ticketing staff also inefficient. Please address this issue and also please give me railway ministry complaint portal or contact email ID so that I can raise this issue to the concerned minister and southern railways head. Being a honest tax payer I felt my situation very pathetic because of the lethargic and colonial system we still follow

                      My self Abhigaurav Singh and today on dated[protected], I am going to our home Varanasi from Gorakhpur via train number 15004 named Cahirichaura Exp wide PNR number [protected].
                      I have already paid full fare for 3AC of Rs. 541/- but by attended provided totally dirty linen and bedroll to almost all coach passengers including me because every passenger complaining the same to attended but attended straight forward syas that my responsibility is only hand over the same to all of you. He has also said the It's not my responsibility to check what is the available in packet.

                      Now please refund to me compensation against such dirty linen provided because I have already paid full fare but not get satisfactory service from railway end.

                        Indian railways is advertising that they are extending concession to senior citizens. I actually tried to get the senior citizen complaint and the system has displayed a message stating that "CONCESSION IS NOT ALLOWED IN THIS TRAIN". Then I have sent a mail to the given address to let me know whether senior citizen concession is available or not?
                        To my utter dismay, I have received a reply stating that there is no need for giving a reply to the mail sent by me. Another message I received was that Indian railways is not allowing any concession now a days.
                        Please clarify clearly the following points
                        a) Whether Indian Railways will give a reply to the customer mails or not? If no, under what rule and clause? If yes, why this mail has been sent to me?
                        b) whether INdian Railways is extending concession in fare to senior citizens or not? If yes, why I am getting a message that concession is not available for specific traian? If yes, how I received a mail that INdian railways is not extending any concession.

                          Respected Sir/Madam,

                          This is Mayuri chaudhary and I am raising a complaint for the stay which me and my mother had taken at Pune railway station in ladies dormitory. I have taken 24hours stay for 2 persons each costing 500 rs for an AC stay. My PNR number for booking the stay is [protected] (period from 12 pm[1st october 2022]-12 pm[2nd october 2022]).

                          The ceiling of ladies dormitory was broken and AC was leaking due to which washroom area was having water everywhere and it was dirty and unable to use. As the AC was leaking, it had been kept off during our whole stay. As I was travelling along with my mother, I was hoping for a pleasant stay with my family which was not the case and I hate to see the quality of retiring service stay is deteriorating. I would like the highlight this point and would strongly recommend retiring service staff to take action on this at earliest.

                            I Amol Ghule had booked my bike as a parcel on dated 30th September 2022 from Panvel to Parli Vaijnath (train no. 17613) but till now i have not received my Parcel (Parcel receipt no. A 253796).

                            Bike No. MH46 BY9543.

                            I inquired in Parli Vaijnath station, they informed me that my parcel had moved to Huzur sahib Nanded station by same train. They said that parcel they may return to Parli Vaijnath by another train but not sure when they will return, you should have to check every time at parli station.

                            I am staying very far from Parli appr. 70km and it's very difficult me to go there and check whether it is received or not.

                            i attached the receipt bill and photo of loaded bike.

                            kindly look in to this matter & do the needful to enable me to get parcel at the earliest and without any further delay .i would very much thankful for your kind co-operation

                              Today 30 September at 1.55 pm I booked a ticket through the ATVM machine at Howrah station. I paid it through upi. With reference id :[protected].
                              My payment was successful but there is no ticket received from the machine! Some people say it also happened to them. I want to know if the machine was disturbed. Then why it was turned on there ??? What a common passenger will do that?

                                  I booked 3 tickects on 25/08/2022 through IRCTC App with PNR No [protected]. Date of Journey was 27/08/2022. Schedule Departure from by boarding station was at 16:50 PM. But train was running more than 4 hours late .So I filed TDR in time. But on 13/09/2022 I got a mail that my TDR against PNR No [protected] has been repudiated. As cause of repudiation it is told that, we actually travelled by that train. It is unexpected from Indian Railway. How they can show such
                                  reason. Actually I am feeling it is a insult to me. They are trying to say that I am a liar. I want a proper investigation and resolution too.

                                    I, Sudha Kannan boarded the Jabalpur Somnath express, train number 11464 (B6 compartment berth no. 12) on 27th September 2022. I had to get down at Chhayapuri with a child. The doors on both sides of the compartment were blocked with big heavy bulky bags. The way to B5 compartment from B6 was also also blocked. How does Indian Railways expect a passenger to get down at the desired station? Please look into this menace of keeping luggage near the doors.

                                      I have booked from UTS app of indian railways for the unreserved ticketing system for a ticket of local train which cost is Rs. 30 twice. The amount was deducted from my account that is Rs. 30.64 * 2, but the ticket didn't got booked. The payment was done through Zaakpay.
