Dear Sir,

With reference to the subject I would like to say that train no 20955 & 20956 is running from Surat to mahuva and mahuva to Surat respectively on 5 days week and remaining two days (Thursday and Saturday) 22994 / 22990 running from Bandra to Mahuva.

22994/22990 having stoppage at Anand Junction whereas train no 20955/20956 is not provide stop at Anand Junction. It is also noted that after Viramgam above said train is stop at small town like Limbdi, Botad, Ningala, Dhola, Dhasa, Lillya Mota. Whereas Anand is bigger center for business, agriculture, dairy and education. Many people and student frequently travel from various part of suarashtra to Anand for various reason. If railway approved stop at Anand it will be beneficial to thousands of people and student who travell to Anand regularly.

In view of above you are requested to provide the staoppage at Anand for train number 20955, 20956.

    Address: Western Railway, Mumbai

    From March 2022 onwards, Western Railway floated so many E. Tenders (re-tendered/repeated) for procuring Hospital Products - Disposables & Implantable items, etc.,
    Most of the E.Tenders didn't have full or clear Technical specifications.
    Some Tenders were being called with the specific Brand name repeatedly (to deny another bidder/competitors to participate). As per the Railway Standard Tender Contracts only generic name should be mentioned while calling for a OPEN TYPE Tenders. Also they not comply the Rule of Public Procurement Policy - 2017 (Make in Inda), even though all the Railway e. Tenders are being governed by this.

      Address: WESTERN RAILWAY, MUMBAI

      Recently (during the past 9 months), Western Railway floated so many E. Tenders pertaining to Cardiology & Cardio Vascular Thoracic Surgery Departments for various Surgical Disposable & Implantable products.
      All these E. Tenders are to be governed by the PUBLIC PROCUREMENT POLICY 2017 ( Make in India products), as per the G.O. notifications from Union Government of India. Contrary to this G.O. they approved and placed/issued a Purchase Order for the Imported product(s) only, in spite of Indian make products are available (being quoted by few bidders) at lowest rate or equal to the Imported product rate(s), without considering/evaluating their products. If they don't require any suitable Indian make Surgical Devices, then why they called through OPEN TENDER TYPE for procuring the products (When they have other options - Limited Tender type or PAC tender type)?
      If you check the last 7 months P.O.s of Western Railway (particularly for procuring the products to Dr. Jag Jivan Ram Hospital, Mumbai), they placed an order only for the Imported products. Completely Breach of Public Procurement Policy - Make in India product(s) totally ignored by them for their usage.

        With ref. to PRR No. [protected], I booked 3 parcels from Varanasi (BSB) to Bangalore (SBC) on 14.12.22. The parcel was loaded in train no. 06230 on 15.12.22. However only 1 parcel has reached to SBC. The Other 2 parcels are missing, pls find it has my wedding items.

            Dear sir,
            I'm Javed Ali Akram, resident of Islampur, Uttar Dinajpur, West bengal . I was travelling through train no 13148 from NJP to AUB on 23/12/2022 . In between NJP to AUB I boarded on S6 because I was on hurry and I missed the general boggy . There the concerned TC Mr Amit Kumar from Kishanganj was checking my ticket . I have Monthly ticket trough UTS . Mr Amit Kumar then threatened me to arrest and humiliated me with slang language . I would have been happy to give penalty but he continuously threatened me to arrest and insulted me .
            Kindly do the needful and take necessary action against the concerned TC .

              On 18th December 2022 I was started my journey from Secunderabad to nizamabad, Im trying to take ticket in a Secunderabad railway station but there is heavy rush in I was approch the tc on platform and ask him to give me a fare ticket with fine I'll pay the amount.tc said to me go and sit in unreserved compartment I will come and give the receipt to you after he was came and taking 1000 rs from me and he gave only 500 rs receipt I asked him why are you giving 500 rs receipt give me 1000 rs receipt but he was shouted on me and use abuse language about my parents his name is Abhinandan bhosale.and also he wrote in that receipt I was travelling in a sleeper coache but I was sat in unreserved compartment and also I have copy of the receipt.in nizamabad station I was asking his name very politely but again he started bad words on me and called the un uniformed RPF police and warned to me " I'll book a case on you because I have a power, I'll bring back that receipt what will you do" this is the way of that Tc behaving with me please take action against him.

                I have filed a TDR (train diverted) for the below mentioned details

                Passenger name : Arvind Prakash

                Reason : Train route was diverted and it did not touch the boarding station so the passenger did not travel.
                So the passenger booked another ticket and travelled in this train and the details are mentioned below

                But now the TDR status is showing 'Case Repudiated' and the reason given is 'As per chart passenger has travelled'.
                There must be some mistake because the passenger did not travel.
                As the train was diverted from Muzaffarpur to Gorakhpur and the time taken by any train to reach to either of the diverted stations from Narkatiyaganj is 4-5 hours atleast. So after the chart was prepared it was not possible to reach the diverted stations.

                Sir, I am facing financial problems and I am mentally disturbed also due to non acceptance of my genuine claim.
                Please do the needful at the earliest and help me in getting the refund

                    Hello Sir,
                    Mobile charging point of coach number s1, train number 12581 is not working. My pnr number is [protected]. Date of journey is 17 December 2022. We crossed kanpur station nearly 30 minutes before. We are facing problems to charge our mobile. For this we are wondering here and there. Please send the maintenance team as soon as it is possible.

                          There are lot of cockroaches in 12785 KCG Mysuru S5 Seat/Berth 3 which didnt allow me to sleep as its totally unhygenic, there is no OBHS in this train and not sure whom should i Approach to complain this about. We opt for train reason being comfort but issues like this put us in total discomfort. Sample picture attached as proof and reference. Indian Railways should seriously think on cleaning these coaches before journey and not just concentrate on remodeling .

                              For the Railways RTI application No. SRMDD/R/E/22/00097 dated 20th May 2022 (contents copied below) is still unresolved.

                              The Garbage dumping with medical waste are still ongoing and burnt once in 15 days regularly.

                              In the attached document, Blue lines are the Double Line Railway Tracks connecting Chennai-Madurai, just at the NH intersection at Samayanallur. The Yellow areas are just adjacent to Railway Tracks . The GPS co-ordinates for West corner is 9.985688 N, 78.026164 E and for East corner is 9.984901 N, 78.027586 E. Garbage are dumped, burnt and heavy smoke engulf the whole area.
                              Does this land belongs to Railways which is being misused without Authorization from TNPCB to dump, burn Solid Waste for years?
                              Tejas train was to be stopped once for nearly Two hours due to poor visibility due to smoke.
                              The complaints raised at PG Cell to Railways came with dumb response asking us to call 139. No response for the complaints made later

                                  I filed a Tdr because on that day train was late for more than 3 hrs and I have waited for 2 hrs but when it delays for more than 3 hrs than I filled tdr which fulfils their terms n conditions. But still they repudiated my TDR . Please help me out.

                                    Sir I am traveling on SMVT to Agartala Humsafar express 12503/AGTL HUMSAFAR. The charge points of compartment B4 is not working. This is a long distance train and such a huge problem getting ignored is unacceptable. Please help 🙏🙏🙏

                                        Date of departure from mumbai CSMT 29/11/2022

                                        I (PNR [protected] A1 BERTH 3) was sleeping on my berth between Bilaspur and Tatanagar, when a younger lady passenger (A1 BERTH 4) suddenly poked me roughly to getup so that she can sit. I asked her to sit on BERTH 5 which was unoccupied the entire stretch of the journey.

                                        She then asked the said TT whether any of the lower berths are empty or not and then the TT accommodates her on a nearby lower berth. After settling in the new BERTH she called the TT and complained that I didn't allow her to sit on her designated seat. The young TT then started shouting at me.

                                        This Misbehaviour is completely uncalled for. The railway HR should train their staff to know how behave properly.
