Above mentioned complaint number and ticket details for below mentioned incident:
I, Ankur Jain and my dad were travelling from hatkanangale to Thane on 3rd July 2017, took halt at Thane Station at 11:15am and forgot to pick my 3 SUITS (coat/blazer) from my B2 coach. Tried to file complaint but app COMS wasn't responding, tried calling 138 but the number wasn't connecting again.
Requesting the concern department/authorities to kindly help me in finding my lost luggage.
Kindly let me know what action needs to taken next.
Sir/ madam, please Solve my above written complain. I suffer a heavy domestic problem. Thanks
