I am really frustrated with the service provided by the station master @ Nallasopara. They are not sure that on which platform train is coming. First they are announcing train will come on platform no. 2 but indicator showing platform no. 4. After some time they announce train will come on platform no. 4. When we reach to platform no. 4 then surprisingly train come on platform no.2
My Question is why they are giving inconvenience to passenger, i cross the track then i am able to caught train. It's rainy season, if something went wrong due to too and fro then who will take the responsibility for the same.
Why they are not sure that train will come to which platform. I believe they have information well in advance on which platform train will come.
Also, indicator are not proper. Where we have to complaints for the same. we are paying money, then also service is very very very poor.
May i all of you request you, please forward this complaints to higher authority so they can take strict action on them
we had purchased an e-ticket under Tatkal Scheme. My mother in law and a cousin were travelling in 2945 Tapti Ganga Express on 28.7.10.The PNR is [protected]. During the journey the TTI insisted for Indentity proof, which the passangers did not have. The rules for the Tatkal Scheme states that 'No Identity proof is required to be produced neither at the time of booking nor during the journey." Photocopies of the same were produced to the TTI. However the TTI did not listen, misbehaved and threatened. We had to pay Rs. 1620 as excess fare ticket charges amounting to Rs. 1620.00 vide receipt No. C813249 dt 29.7.10.
Kindly take necessary actions against the TTI and help us get the refund.
