I have great respect and admiration towards Indian Railways for being lifeline of Indians in many ways.But with respect to punctuality, this is not something I have expected.
I have reserved a seat for myself from Kazipet junction to Bhongiri on Dec22, , 2021 for Train no.17234.It is actually scheduled at 07:18am at Kazipet Junction which hasn't arrived as epr the scheduled time and the delay expected is around 100 minutes.
I actually have to deboard at Bhongiri station and proceed further to Yadagirigutta, a pilgrimage centre nearby.Because of this excessive delay caused because of Indian Railways, Iam unable to expect the comfortness in the purpose of my journey.
As Indian railways is charging cancellation fees and various other amounts as disciplinary actions, why don't Indian railways follow the same discipline and pay penal amount to the traveller based on the late in the train timings/delay caused because of their maintenance, operations and administration which are destroying the travellers plans to a great extent.
