Sir,
Mobile charging point of coach number s5, train number 02722 is not working. My pnr number is [protected] and seat number is 72. Date of journey is 08/11/2021.Looks like Mobile charging points are not working in the whole s5 coach of 02722. We are facing problems to charge our mobile. For this we are wondering here and there. Please send the maintenance team as soon as it is possible.

    Seat no. 74 - 77 is reserved by me from kayamkulam to thane in S6 boggie dated 07 nov 2021 and accidentally TTR given two seat to waitinglist passenger. Kindly advise to solve the issue.

      Respected sir,
      I am Ramyalakshmi and I have booked two tickets under tatkal quota from SRIVILLIPUTTUR to TAMBARAM on 6.11.2021.
      After my net banking payment, it was displayed that " NO SEAT AVAILABLE AND TICKET DROPPED" Around 1700 rupees got debited for both tickets collectively. When will I get refund? I request you to make the refund as soon as possible.

            I have filed a TDR against PNR no. [protected] on 17.10.21 with a valid reason of train not touching the boarding station. Due to this reason I haven't travelled in that train and filed a TDR for refund on the same day but till date I haven't received the amount.
            Therefore I request to kindly look into the matter so that I can receive the amount as soon as possible.

              Ajmer railway station parking owner imposed extra charges on customers

              I am Irfan, each and every time i have noticed that at railway station ajmer, parking staff are not good. They misbehave with customer and extra charges on them. Like 1 hrs 30/- rs & if you came after 24 hrs charges will be 400/- rs for four wheelers

              I booked one Maestro Scooty with some household Items ( total 8 items) from CYI to GHY via parcel service. 6 items are delivered at the destination but the Scooty is not yet delivered. I went to the parcel office 2-3 times they were unable to tell where my Scooty is They told me to collect the parcel which have already arrived but I want to send all the parcels to another destination via train parcel service & I can’t send them without the Scooty. Nobody in the parcel office is willing to help me know when or if I’ll receive my scooty.

                    We are humble request to all of you please help us for Old Genreter mail Train Coach noise issue on Bandra terminal Yard. Coach Genrater keep the on stat for hole Night for charing.
                    We are understand that this is genuinely work of Genreter but residential area is around of Bandra terminal Yard. Please replace old Genreter with new one Genreter other wise cover all over yard to ironic plate. Spl khar subway near residents society's. City pride building khar East 400055.

                    Please take this issue on priority basis otherwise society Will be register the case against with noise pollution around khar subway East.

                      Nowdays there is trend of overcharging due to negligence of officer who see catering part of Indian railways.train vendor overcharging 130 /140 of inferior food not provide complete food .food is hardmost 50 rs food.recently i travelled puri kamkhya 05623 train which have train vendor staff overcharging 140 /130 rs of bad quality food.

                        Hello Team

                        We are leaving at city pride building next to khar subway santacruz east mumbai 400055 .
                        Almost around 90 nos flats and around 500 peoples leaving in this society.
                        we have raise the multiple request to bandra terminal technical department for genrater noise issue very highly impact and harmful for every person who is leaving that society. Today 14-10-21 from 10 pm to till 01 am coach genrater till on morning. Every week and we are facing this issue and due to eco sound all the society members facing ear infection or multiple ear problem's. Bandra terminal technical department no one taking the action on this kind of noise and harmful sound. I would suggest please start the genrater and come and check how much noise level we are hearing.

                        We are request to please esclate this noise issue to respected team and departments and get this resolved as soon as possible.

                        Request to please think about humanity and our kid's .

                          Sir,

                          I visited Chandlodiya (CLDY) railway station reservation counter, Ahmedabad, to book a railway ticket On 03rd October 2021. I paid of Rs. 530/- two times using my UPI: gatla.[protected]@okaxis to [protected]@sbi (1st transaction ID:[protected] and 2nd transaction ID:[protected]. Both are successful transactions. But the railway ticket clerk on duty Mr. Qureshi said that he didn't receive confirmation message and asked me to wait. I waited there for more than one hour but no use. Finally he took the amount in cash and gave the ticket. I request you to kindly look into the matter and refund my amount. I am attaching proofs with this mail.

                                Why there is a sudden change in MMTS schedule and more over the last mmts from hyd being 7:15pm. while the rescheduling of 5:35 pm mmts fm hyd to lingampally advancing by 10minutes is a big shocker especially when the next and last train rescheduled at 7:15 pm

                                  It's difficult to get mmts ticket on 1st platform. I have traveled from repalle to kachiguda and train arrived in 4th platform. Suddenly announcement as local train to lingampalli arrived on 1st platform. So in this situation how we a person manage with local train ticket? If we miss this train again we have to wait for one hour for another train. I have faced same situation and paid 260 rupees penalty. Please arrange local ticket counter on every platform or allow smooth online payment mode. Please take this concern very serious.

                                    My name is Kartikeya; I had submitted my motorcycle (Enfield Bullet 350) for parcel at Tiruchirapalli Station (TPJ) on 23/09/2021, to be loaded the next day onto Train no 02498 TPJ SGNR SPL, to be offloaded at Ahmedabad Jn. ADI. The train had arrived the next day 24/09/2021, but my motorcycle has not arrived with it.

                                    There is no way to check or confirm that the motorcycle has been loaded or not; there is no authority on the station who can help with any information.

                                    Please help with this situation.
