Hello i m hitesh and 4 months ago i was stand at ahmednagar railway station, and i found there are many persons who were making fake tickets. They were'nt make ticket from the ticket counter but from outside, and were taking high charges of that ticket. I also have their fake ticket making themselves. I was shocked to see that they are making fool to indian government.

The escalator of 5th platform in VIJAYAWADA JUNCTION is not working from past 2days and I called to the operator but they told that due to unavailability of mechanics they are not able to solve the issue please try to solve the problem as soon as possible so that senior citizens will not suffer

    I have booked a train ticket to jabalpur on[protected], which was late by more than 3 hours hence i have filed tdr and have booked ticket for he next day as the timing was not convenient, now they reject the tdr quoting as per chart, passenger has travelled but i have travelled next day for another train, i have waited for more than 2 months for tdr amount now this is disappointing me. You have to take severe action on this as this will create legal issues and is not good for the nation

      Sir,
      I am travelling from coimbatore to bangluru by train no 16528 on today dated 14/02/2020 pnr no [protected] railway allot me births for 4 persons travelling
      In different coaches n its is very shocking my births are s7-56 s8-75 s12-32 s9-23 now tell me how we travel in such conditions it is very difficult. My travelling is important other wise i cancel the ticket. I challenge the system in such condition. Please give me my money back

        Lot of people staying around sarjapur road, silkboard, marathahalli, etc use nagercoil-bangalore express (17235/ksr bengaluru - nagercoil express | 17236/nagercoil - ksr bengaluru express) to commute between various parts of tamil nadu and bangalore. For people staying in this area, carmelaram is the best station to get down and reach their home. After hosur, this train stops only at bangalore cantonment which is very far from this areas.

        Because of not having stop at this station and people getting down at bangalore cantonment, it creates unwanted traffic on roads because people have to book cabs and autos to reach their home. People also waste too much of time to reach their home.

        We request the respective authority to consider people's pain and approve a regular train stop for the train 17235/ksr bengaluru - nagercoil express | 17236/nagercoil - ksr bengaluru express.

        Last time when I travelled in this train there was a stop to and fro in Carmeleram but today when i tried to book tickets for April 20, it's showing this station is not available. It's a real pain to go to SMVT station to board this train. Please consider the above complaint and approve a permanent stop in Carmelaram for this train. Thankyou

          A parcel consisting 3 smaller packages were booked from delhi to nashik under booking no[protected] dated 20/1/2020. Out of the 3, 2 were delivered one. Is still missing. We tried contacting the staff but there was no response. Hence requested to kindly settle the claim of the goods valued at rs. 40000/-. The goods were ordered on urgent basis and we were paying much higher just incase of early delivery. The goods have been missing and as such there is no evidence as to where the goods were unloaded. The guard stands no liability or loss in such cases. Hence it is requested to kindly settle our losses as soon as possible.

            My purse comprising of mobile, jewellery, cash worth 50000 was stolen in train no. 12940 jaipur pune express. As per information train stopped at vasai station after surat, infact train reached before 30 minutes and stopped for atleast 40 minutes. Most surprising is there is no rpf in this train. Also general coach is directly connected to first ac and second ac coach with complete access as there is no shutter or gate between these coaches.
            Such acts are really shameful as there is no safety even in first ac and second ac coaches.

              We traveled from madurai to chennai by train no. & name: 20602 / mdu mas ac exp on 26th january 2020, by class: third ac (3a). Pnr no: [protected]. The white cotton bed sheets are normally to be provided in brown colour packets and delivered by the provider of the bed sheets showing that they have been washed and ready for use. However, many of the bed sheets provided in the compartment were without the brown wrapper and also were already in the berths when we entered the compartment. It was not clear whether these were washed at all for reuse. When we enquired with the person who supplied the bed sheets, he said he would provide bed sheets in brown wrapper if we wanted them so. Request to please investigate the reason for the supply of bed sheets without wrapper.

                Train no 18562 coach b3 seat 25, 26 on 26. Jan.2020.
                I was traveling along with my wife. It started at 11:50 pm.
                Around 2:00 am i have noticed skin irritation with rashed around my legs, shoulder, and waist. I found too many bed bugs which scared me and my wife and spent a sleepless night. I complained tte and there was no response
                How could railways keep their coaches untidy?
                Who is responsible for such acts?
                I want to know what action railways has taken against their employees?

                  My pnr is [protected]. Train no 58012. Train was diverted, and never reached my boarding point (Prr). And this information was communicated to me just few hours before the journey - leaving no time for me to arrange for alternatives. I want my refund, because the railways has failed in the promise in taking me from point a (Prr) to point b (Hwh), which my ticket has entitled me to. This is a big scam to loot passengers in the name of train diversion.

                      I am traveling from garibrath express train number - 22407 from raebareli to anandvihar. As usual this time also i have found cockroaches running on the berth of the compartment. When you ask attendant for the spray, he has only one answer that they don't have such facility.

                      We pay around 1000 rupees for a single ticket and can't even get a proper treatment.

                      Look into the matter mr. Railway minister.

                            I am writing this mail on behalf of pandit ji that he had booked his luggage through railways from vilwahra (Rajasthan) to chapra bihar (Saran) dated 6th january 2020 but till date have not received the booked goods. I visit every day to chhapra parcel room but they are not able to support me and every day they say that come tomorrow. It takes approx. Two hrs to come with rs. 300 hundred of expense.

                              I boarded train from harihar..

                              People without reserved tickets are travelling in the reserved coaches... Evn after asking them to leave they are sitting on the seat while i am sleeping there... Giving reason of getting mobile charged, but how long... Few of them passing vulgar comments on the ladies who don't know the regional language...
                              How can u travel peacefully in such a surrounding... It was no different than traveling in general coach... Just lying there half of journey without sleep...
                              And no sign of tte...

                              Even after asking them to leave
                              They say there's no space in their coach..
                              I have incurred clavicle fracture two months back...
                              The region i choose railway was with a thought that i could travel without much disturbance to my fracture site...
                              Now lying like a lifeless thing in congested area...

                              Do i have to quarrel with them, is it the way to travel on paying extra money for sleeper
                              Waste of time and money..
                              And lack of sleep...

                              Or should i tweet to a railway minister to get reasons

                              Sir near panvel east railway station parking contractor charge rs.20 for 8 hours. Charges is very high. It should be rs10.
                              Working people times mostly 8 to 9 hrs. they can not afford 20 rs regularly.
                              I hereby request you please charge it 10rs for 10 hrs atleast.

                              I hope you will consider my request.

                                Dear sir/madam,
                                We were two passengers travelling from whitefield railway station to banglore city junction on 24/01/2020 through marikuppam banglore city train at 6:20-7:40am and we were charged a fine of rs 540/- saying that we travelled through express train using passenger ticket. We have a valid receipt for the following. The station ticket collector argued with us without giving us the chance to tell and charged a fine which is invalid.
                                We expect you to take action on this as soon as possible.

                                  Extremely disappointed with down rupashi bangla express returning to howrah.
                                  Train is extremely late between santragachi and howrah. Passengers are highly harassed and frustrated with more than 2 hours waiting time between santragachi and howrah while originally the line is just 30 minutes away.
                                  Many important works get hampered due to this unnecessary and regular delay. Railways seem to be really indifferent to this issue as...

                                    Yesterday (18/01/2020) i was traveling in a train that runs from lucknow to chandigarh (15011). I bought a ticket from gajraula jn to yamunanagar jagadhri i was looking for a tt in order to get a seat in sleeper than i found this man wearing id card on the strip its written indian railways i ask him about ticket than he take me to the tt who was sleeping in ac i told him than too that i was looking for a seat in sleeper he said don't worry it is for sleeper. Than the tt makes a receipt and told me to pay ₹420 i told him that i asked for the sleeper ticket not for 3rd ac also mentioned to him while he was making the receipt than he started shouting at me that you have to pay this money or i will hand you over to police will raise a memo against you i simply told me that i said several times that want a seat in sleeper and i turn to the man who bought me to him and he also started lying that i asked for a ac ticket and when the near passenger involved than he just disappeared and tt started saying that no one brings me to him i came to him all by myself and when i still refuse to pay him he started pushing me shouting at me and dragged me from my collar and said agar aukat nahi h to chada kyu ac mein tuje to police ke hwale krwadunga paise tuje dene he padenge and all.. Than i make a call to my father who also works in northern railways and started telling him about the incident he snapped phone from me and started talking to him and told him to tell me to pay to him otherwise i will make it worse for me than my father told me to pay him after i paid he said your father told you to make the wise decision otherwise i'll make it the worst day for you. After all that when i asked their name he refuses to tell me and said what you want with it and i told him that i surely will complaint against you guys than he told me that do what ever it doesn't matter it will affect you only. Also later when i saw the receipt it was from gajraula jn to ambala not yamunanagar jagadhri. A suitable action have to be taken about these kind of tte's, what of i didn't have the money he asked for, what if i didn't paid him the money, they are not acting like government employees rather goons and liars.
