Dear sir,

I am writing this mail on behalf of pandit ji that he had booked his luggage through railways from vilwahra (Rajasthan) to chapra bihar (Saran) dated 6th january 2020 but till date have not received the booked goods. I visit every day to chhapra parcel room but they are not able to support me and every day they say that come tomorrow. It takes approx. Two hrs to come with rs. 300 hundred of expense.
Request your intervention as all goods which were booked is of daily use for my family and kids.

    Ajmer to mysore express 16209
    I boarded train from harihar..

    People without reserved tickets are travelling in the reserved coaches... Evn after asking them to leave they are sitting on the seat while i am sleeping there... Giving reason of getting mobile charged, but how long... Few of them passing vulgar comments on the ladies who don't know the regional language...
    How can u travel peacefully in such a surrounding... It was no different than traveling in general coach... Just lying there half of journey without sleep...
    And no sign of tte...

    Even after asking them to leave
    They say there's no space in their coach..
    I have incurred clavicle fracture two months back...
    The region i choose railway was with a thought that i could travel without much disturbance to my fracture site...
    Now lying like a lifeless thing in congested area...

    Do i have to quarrel with them, is it the way to travel on paying extra money for sleeper
    Waste of time and money..
    And lack of sleep...

    Or should i tweet to a railway minister to get reasons

    Sir near panvel east railway station parking contractor charge rs.20 for 8 hours. Charges is very high. It should be rs10.
    Working people times mostly 8 to 9 hrs. they can not afford 20 rs regularly.
    I hereby request you please charge it 10rs for 10 hrs atleast.

      Dear sir/madam,
      We were two passengers travelling from whitefield railway station to banglore city junction on 24/01/2020 through marikuppam banglore city train at 6:20-7:40am and we were charged a fine of rs 540/- saying that we travelled through express train using passenger ticket. We have a valid receipt for the following. The station ticket collector argued with us without giving us the chance to tell and charged a fine which is invalid.
      We expect you to take action on this as soon as possible.

        Extremely disappointed with down rupashi bangla express returning to howrah.
        Train is extremely late between santragachi and howrah. Passengers are highly harassed and frustrated with more than 2 hours waiting time between santragachi and howrah while originally the line is just 30 minutes away.
        Many important works get hampered due to this unnecessary and regular delay. Railways seem to be really indifferent to this issue as...

          Yesterday (18/01/2020) i was traveling in a train that runs from lucknow to chandigarh (15011). I bought a ticket from gajraula jn to yamunanagar jagadhri i was looking for a tt in order to get a seat in sleeper than i found this man wearing id card on the strip its written indian railways i ask him about ticket than he take me to the tt who was sleeping in ac i told him than too that i was looking for a seat in sleeper he said don't worry it is for sleeper. Than the tt makes a receipt and told me to pay ₹420 i told him that i asked for the sleeper ticket not for 3rd ac also mentioned to him while he was making the receipt than he started shouting at me that you have to pay this money or i will hand you over to police will raise a memo against you i simply told me that i said several times that want a seat in sleeper and i turn to the man who bought me to him and he also started lying that i asked for a ac ticket and when the near passenger involved than he just disappeared and tt started saying that no one brings me to him i came to him all by myself and when i still refuse to pay him he started pushing me shouting at me and dragged me from my collar and said agar aukat nahi h to chada kyu ac mein tuje to police ke hwale krwadunga paise tuje dene he padenge and all.. Than i make a call to my father who also works in northern railways and started telling him about the incident he snapped phone from me and started talking to him and told him to tell me to pay to him otherwise i will make it worse for me than my father told me to pay him after i paid he said your father told you to make the wise decision otherwise i'll make it the worst day for you. After all that when i asked their name he refuses to tell me and said what you want with it and i told him that i surely will complaint against you guys than he told me that do what ever it doesn't matter it will affect you only. Also later when i saw the receipt it was from gajraula jn to ambala not yamunanagar jagadhri. A suitable action have to be taken about these kind of tte's, what of i didn't have the money he asked for, what if i didn't paid him the money, they are not acting like government employees rather goons and liars.

              I want to know why i was not allotted lower berths when all the passengers are female and above the age of 45years.
              What can be done now in order to get lower berths?

                I am travelling today dated 17th jan 2020 along with family from nagercoil to pune on 16340 nagarcoil to mumbai express

                While travelling railway staff illegally over charged for luggage rs 930 for 25 kg in a sleeper class even though it is under permissible limit.

                  On 16th jan at 1:00 pm me and my sister i entered in madanmahal station for collecting ticket from ticket counter... One lady ticket checker stopped us from going ticket counter when i was in front of ticket counter and she took our adhar cards. And took us to the chamber where 3 more lady ticket checkers were there... We told them that we were going to collect our tickets but they abused us and said they will handover us to rpf... And said that our carrier will destroy... Instead o[censored]nderstanding our situations they continue asked for 340 charge each... They said some train came n we came from that train... And at last they took 680 charge for both o[censored]s without any reason... If that is the reason that we were going from that way for collecting ticket and paid unnecessary charge of 680 then nobody will go for collecting ticket... This is a black spot on indian railways... Its try to improve railway system otherwise nobody will collect ticket and will travel without ticket bcz of that extra charge which 90 and they took 340 rs each. Bcz that amount is noting for the rich but a poor family can suffer a lot.. I hope u will understand my problem and will solve this problem.

As they are not even aware of my situation, i have sent a washing machine parcel on 11 jan 2020 from salem, it was supposed to be delivered as on 12 jan 2020 at adoni, but still i dont know the whereabout of my parcel. I have given all my details to supervisor at adoni railway parcel office even after taking that he is not at all enquired about it. Kindly help me out.

                      Sir, i purchase one ltr water bottle and he told me price 20 rup. I told him that water bottle price is 15 rup why i will give you 15 rup than he told me to give 5 rup change with loud voice. I told to other person to take his 5 rup of water bottle which purchased by him then shopkeeper says why you are interfarring with other matter.

                            I b venkateswara rao had booked our company luggage hydraulic jack's-4nos on dated 28.12.2019 from secunderabad to guwahati (Percel no.[protected]) but till now one package was (Consisting one jack of value of rs.35, 000/-) missing in secunderabad railway station.
                            I enquried in secunderabad parcel office they informed me that our parcel loaded thro' train no.12513-sc ghy exp but were only loaded in this train 3 out of 4 packages from secunderabad on 5th jan 2020.
                            Our person has recieved 3 packages at guwahati parcel office. One package missing at secunderabad parcel office and not moved till date.
                            Please enquire about our missing package (Hydraulic jack) immediately.

                              Yesterday I made ticket from Nagapur to Mumbai of Duranto Express.
                              Train No. 12290, PNR No [protected], Today in evening I got message from IRCT that at Train Has been cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances. I make my another arrangements after receiving this message and then again IRCTC send me message that cancelled has been restore now.. In this case I want full refund of my ticket. Look in to it.

                                The balance (Rs. 60) was deducted after i opt for the ticket. The ticket got stuck somewhere just before the outlet (As told by the officer). To catch the train, i left it and ran to catch the train. On returning, they informed me above reason and told the money can't be refunded as ticket was issued. Ultimately, it was a technical issue then also they are not refunding. They told there is no such provision. The officer asked me to meet bs of the station. I went but found him unavailable all the instance i visited. Kindly sort out the issue

                                  Train no 12239 Mumbai to Jaipur Duronto express lack proper cleanliness.
                                  Many passengers were seen complaining about cockroaches over and under the seat.
                                  Also food quality is poor. When traveling with Duronto express, passenger expects good food quality but food quality is not good.
                                  We are travelling in Delhi to Ranchi sampark Kranti today but charging point is not working in S6 we all are facing problem please send someone as soon as possible we will reach Deen Dayal upadhya junction around 9:00 p.m
