TILL DATE NO REFUND HAS BEEN RECEIVED. DESPITE GIVING COMPLAINT ON 139- COMPLAINT NO.[protected].

PLEASE REFUND WITH PENAL INTEREST AT THE EARLIEST. Despite online complaint, no refund has been processed. Pls do it.

    Hi my user id is ulhasp1234

    I am an international user with registered mobile number from usa. I registered for irctc ewallet in 2016 and as per e-wallet user guide, it should be valid till dec 2019. But, from now only it asks me to renew it. I try to follow steps by going to "irctc ewallet renewal" menu option after logging in, i enter my registered email id, and login password but after pressing "submit" button it doesn't do anything.. It doesn't even display any error. I tried this from multiple browser without any success. I sent email to [protected]@irctc.co.in but didn't get solution yet..

      This flat form is situated on platform 2/3 of tadepalligudem railway station.

      As can be seen from the attached photographs, it is not at all in usable condition.

      No cleaning, no maintanence and no sanitation at all. Very very bad condition.

      But charges are promptly collected for using this facility.

      Please i repeat... Please take take appropriate action against the organisation/ persons involved for maintenance of this facility and make it usable for the railway passengers.

        I am nathanael, son of a handicap certificate holder shilpa nitin thakor. Even after i have a first class certificate, i have to get into the handicap coach as there are more non-disabled people in there. My mom usually boards 8:23 churchgate center handicap coach from naigaon platform number 2. I have been having quarrels with these people daily. Their reason for getting in here is "hum log roz aate hai" so 1 lady who is 100% fit and another group of ladies who say roz travel karte hai. My mom is even able to reach the seat, has to come standing in a handicap dabba. There is no tc and the rpf officer who came outside the handicap coach was just asking people if they are a handicap. As if someones gonna say no i don't have a certificate.
        What's the use of a handicap dabba if they are not able to sit or stand freely.

So w r senior citizen and travell by bus reach our home at10.25pm and bear loss of rs. 1425, due to train late. Soour tickt fare refund in our account, i[censored] not do with in week then w will proceed to rti [protected] w have bus ticket and all evidence to reach late home due to train late four hours

          I got a message from shine.com that my profile is shortlisted and they called me and said 1000 rs soo you can have this job soo I just paid and after that they asked to pay 4000 for dress soo I just paid and I said I don't want this job and dropped and when I'm asking for refund the amount they are not giving it back and not lifting the calls

            Dear concerned,
            It is about water waste in tikiapara railway station 1 no. Platform gents toilet way beside old ticket counter. There is no tap in that toilet and water is wasting 24 hours and 365 days.
            It is very shameful for a organisation like south eastern railway. Please look into the matter.
            I have complaint many times, but they are not bothered.

                harassment and verbal abuse

                Dear sir/madam,
                I am travelling in ranchi intercity express, train number 22891on 16th november, 2019. My bogie number is d3 and seat number is 19.
                On reaching my seat i find the place where my luggages are to be kept occupied. On asking the co-passenger to give me space for my luggage, i was talked to rudely and ignored. Later when i kept my luggage on the given space above my seat (The space given for the 6 people to keep...

                I had booked my bike from jaipur to balotra on 12 th nov 2019 however still not received my bike in my destination place. Even though had passed 4 working days, apart from i have been visiting regularly railway office but they did not reply properly, they said only one thing whenever bike would reach in balotra then same will be informe you via phone.
                I gave my no to them but still not got a ant call from their end, i have seen in online site where is not seen vehicle is nit loaded from my arrival place, what should i do, how many more days i will be suffering with out my bike i do not know,
                Would like to know where is my bike, get the status, will not book any parcel from railways in future, it is very pathetic experience in my life, can’t express my felling more,

                  On 11.11.2019 i booked reservation ticket having pnr no. [protected] and [protected]. Distance charged is 1564 and 1510 km but actual distance is 1362 and 1323 km. At the time of booking i told him that the km you are charging is incorrect. He replied me "don't teach me i know it"

                  He is habitual of doing mistakes deliberately. Some time he use to allot upper berth to seniors, use to allot different coaches to a group even if the book ticket well in advance i. E. 120 days before the date of journey.

And the station authority at bargarh road is showing their unability to trace the consignment.                       Please refer e-ticket pnr-[protected]. A wait listed e-ticket was for four persons. After chart preparation only two people could got confirmed rc berth. Hence only two people travelled on this ticket. Rest two people could not travelled with this ticket, as not having confirmed ticket for them. During train journey, ticket checking staff checks ticket repeated times and keeps record also.
                      Final status after chart prepare
                      P1-rc, a145
                      P2-rc, a145
                      P3-wl, 1
                      P4-nosb, 0
                      clearly p3, p4 could not traveled with this e-ticket pnr-[protected]
                      It is understand that refund should be automatically processed, if ticket is not entitled for travelling and also not used for two people. Same has been checked during journey by ticket checking staff and record available with them. Therefore refund was being expected automatically.
                      On 14.11.2019, when contacted for refund status to [protected]@irctc.co.in
                      It has been replied, “as your time for filing the tdr for refund has exceeded, so we are unable to forward your case to railways”.

                      Following are for kind considerations of competent authority -

                      1. Is it justified, to refuse refund for the service which has not been provided to anybody? It is on record of railway authority that two people have not traveled on this ticket as they were not entitled with this ticket.
                      2. In case any formality was needed then it should be intimated same time with sms or it should be intimated by ticket checking staff to the other travelling person. It is also expected as a gesture of goodwill.
                      3. After all if a person knowingly or unknowingly fails, then what is way to get his money refunded?
                      4. It is requested to kindly refund my money after deduction of processing charge. If refund has been processed then please communicate status.

                        I have booked the ticket for sr citizen of heart patient today in mumbai rajdhani from kota to mumbai central terminus with lower birth selection in tatkal quota, instead of lower berth i got side upper berth which completely unfair, he will be traveling for cardiac test to mumbai that won't be conviene at all for his health he cant climb up with his big height 6ft 3inh and weight.
                        I request to team indain railway & irctc please change the berth or refund my money to book another ticket. Please do the needful for sr citizen who has a health condition. I will take this case serious note.

                          I sagar neve tracking from maninagar to virar by saurashtra janta exp on 12nov in d7. I am with general ticket so tc on d7 charge me rs 360 and as i am in falt i pay for that but similarly one lady and her family was there with same case with general ticket and in sleeper coach.
                          Tc ask her for fine but she is convenc to tc to pls don't do that don't charge and so...
                          And our tc agree une without fine chod diya.
                          To hum fine bharne wali kon hai please reply.

                            complaint against the railway parking, extra charges and misbehave with customer

                            I am jaykant gouja, each and every time i have noticed that at railway station indore, parking staff are not good. They misbehave with customer and extra charges on them. Like 24 hrs 20/- rs & if you came after 24 hrs charges will be 40/- rs after a single hour. As per railway policy charges of 24 hrs is 10/-rs. Then they never parked any bike, if we parked the our vehicle they fixed on other place where i can take it out easily....

                            Coimbatore Railway station is unclean, no amenities for elderly people and least botheration of travellers.
                            No proper seats provided.
                            No proper announcements.
                            Often train arrrival platforms are shifted at the neck of the movement so elderly people finding difficult to make quick movement .
                            Bad smell and unhygienic Coimbatore railway station.

                            I have traveled with my Mother in law of 91 years old from Coimbatore to Chennai in Nilgiri express arriving at Platform no. 2 on 24th October 2019. She had to walk through the stairs and there was no lift and neither any wheel chair. She had to walk through the entire platform to reach the Ist class coach which was near the engine and there was no local transportation vehicle available there. It became big issue to us to make us to walk through. Further there was no Seating facility and she had to sit erect and there is no comfort of chair. This situation is not once, it is felt often.

                            The whole atmoshphere is disgusting.

                              This is for your kind attention that we have lost a grey color bag containing a electric kettle (Which is white in color) and a puma blue colored shoe (Size 7). We were travelling via garib rath express (12882 puri-howrah) and the seat numbers were 48, 50, 51, 59, 60 of the g15 coach.

                                  Bike parcel sent from guwahati nf railway by amarnath express parcel no d975953. Bike yamha gladiator br-01aj 7895 not delivered at samastipur jn today 7th november. Train no 15653 amarnath express. I want immediate delivery of this bike at samastipur jn. Please suggest me the date and time when it will be delivered. Today's delivery failed due to inaction by railway parcel system.

                                  NO Mobile charging points are there in Coach no S5 on 13174 Kanchanjunga express. Journey date 7th November from Dharmanagar to Sealdah seat no 45..It is very painful for us to run from here & there just to charge our mobile. In between 2 days journey how we could charge our mobile. It is very disappointing.Please take action immediately.

                                    Is there any progress in bike delivery at Samastipur. No information... please help to knt about actual status. Why railway is so reluctant to address the problem i don't know. Mr Piyush Goyal talking lot more t but on ground no one to see the issues of common people. Mr Piyush Goyal...i am truly disappointed with your department who is truly non sensitive to public. Sorry to tell you that.
