I boarded on 31/10/2019 in kolkata rajdhani train no 12302 from allahabad, due to emergency i boarded without ticket, i was ready to pay the amount applicable on me for travelling without ticket. Tc told me to jump off the running train in allahabad and finally charged me rs 5100 he charged me from delhi to howrah, i resist him that he should charge me from allahabad and not from delhi, as i boarded the train from allahabad. Tc duty was in b8 ac3 tier. He has charged me extra and let me sit near the door and lavatory after taking money.

    Currently i am in train and having problem in charging my mobile phone.
    Charging point is not working and i am facing problem in finding a charging point

      I have cancelled all above mentioned tickets on date16/08/2019 but not received any refund till today. I have given letter to prs dept at vapi railway station on 09/09/2019 but no satisfactory reponse was given to me. I had called many time on customer care no but no one received calls.
      Please revert back and resolve my issue at earliest.

        Respected sir,
        I am having pension account in sbi, surendra nagar, bank, nagpur having revised ppo no. [protected]. Railway authority had already delivered new ppo copy on address to cpc, belapur.
        It is regret to state that till date i am receiving old pension even though there were several reminder to sbi/nagpur and giving written complaint.
        Sir, i am at the age of 77 years and also blind by both the eyes and but till date no action has been taken by bank manager. Staff of the bank asked me to contact to sbi, cpc, authorities at belapur at mumbai. They told that the had sent mail to cpc, belapur but till date no intimation was received to them.
        As per my new ppo no. [protected] my revised pension is rs.18250/- w. E. F. 01/01/2016. Copy attached.
        You are therefore kindly requested to look in the matter on top priority and pass my new pension along with arrears from 01/01/2016 considering ground that i am blind pensioner and i could not move with assistance.

          The charges for normal sleeper was rs. 1500 for a journey from borivli to thivim on 30th oct 19. (Train left bdts on 29th oct19). This was an abnormally high fare for a normal sleeper and the train did not have a pantry car or water services. Moreover it reached thivim at around 14 hours against the scheduled time of 11 hrs of 30th oct 19.

          This is deficiency in service of the railways against the fare charged and request for reimbursement of the complete ticket cost.

            I travelled in dhauladhar express (14035) from delhi to dhuri on 28 october 19. When i got down at dhuri (Punjab) in the morning at 4 am on 29 october, i forgot my woodland backpack (Green+ light green) having my valuable clothes. My coach was ac three tier c3 and berth no. 8.

              I am very sorry to inform you that around 2000 pakchong super napier grass stems were booked at salem for unloading at njp vide receipt no. 539330 on 24th october and was supposed to reach njp today by train-kanniyakumari-dibrugarh-vivek-express-15905. But it not reached njp and none could tell when i shall get my parcel. I reside at jalpaiguri - 45 km away from njp and it is very difficult to go to njp every now and then. The item is perishable and it will become useless if delivery delayed. The stems are being brought for feeding 200 cows of goushala in next 7-8 years.. Kindly help me in getting the parcel before it got rotten.

                Kottaiyur railway station ticket vending railway staff in white dress has tactically cheated my rs.25/- while vending passenger train ticket from kottaiyur to mayiladudurai on 27/oct/19 at around 3 pm afternoon. The value is not big but a central government employee in his rank cheating a meagre value is painful.

                  Hello irctc,

                  Today morning when i was going to ticket master for purchase 1 ticket from sabarmati to patan, sabarmati ticket master told i can’t accept the 10rs coin. I am already ask him, this coin is authorized by govt so why do don’t accept me. She told i can’t accept me anyhow.

                  Please ask to sabarmati ticket master to proper behavior with customers and accept the government authorized coin.

                    Intially they said train running late by 2 hr and and finally they are saying 4hr. What a worst service. Because of this dealy, if i am unable catch the other train or attend to work, who will pay for that loss... If not able run the trains on normal days also, what is point of running indian railways. Just stop it. And refund amount with penalty.. To the customers, who ever booked the trains tickets, or allow them to get into another trains available on the same time (With the same ticket)

                      Sir i had booked parcel no 337114 from manglore (Karnataka) for nagpur on 19.10.2019 for train no 16687 on dated 21.10
                      2019 and it should be reached 23.10.2019 early morning to nagpur, unfortunately at nagpur no one unloaded this, due to this it's gone forwards... I drop massaged to nagpur official to contact delhi so it can be unloaded at delhi... Once again no one bother to take care and unload at delhi again now its reach to jammu tavi... Now i am waiting for get my parcel at nagpur... Due to all this mess by your department my diwali festive season has been spoiled... Because i have packed my items for take home for family members... Requesting you kindly look into on urgent basis to get back at the earliest.

                        We are traveling by aronai express 12508 from guwahati., ⁿthere are so many passengers who don't have proper reservation ticket s and some people are waiting list holders. They are crowded the compartment and make it dirty.. We told the tt also but they also took bribes from them and told us those people can go and they could not do anything... We want solution.

                            unreserved passengers in reserved compartment

                            Dear sir
                            In navjeen express unreserved passengers got in from surat and currently feeling inconvenience to all the reserved passengers.
                            Travel date : 24/10/19

                            Also send the railway officials to clear the unreserved passengers as soon as possible. There is not a space to walk to the nearest restrooms

                            I booked a baby cycle from kota junction to ankleshwar on 13 oct 2019 but it has not received yet even after 11 days as on today 24 oct 2019. At the time of booking, the officer told me that it will be reached within 1 or 2 days. I made several visits to ankleshwar station but they are keep saying that they don’t know why the cycle didn’t come and they are not even taking any action.
                            Please help.

                              Myself prabhu i had booked my luggage on date (12.10.2019) from kalyanan junction to erode junction (Parcel no :[protected], weight (Wave) 396 kg, no. Of luggage booking is 10. But handover erode junction parcel office only 9 luggages. One luggage missing till now has not received my parcel.
                              I inquired in erode junction parcel office they informed me that my parcel missing issue about our erode junction parcel office. The commercial supervisor gives me a partial delivery certificate on the date of (17.10.2019)
                              I have inquired at erode parcel office several time but the parcel officer is not taking any responsibility, sir, i am in private shop that missing luggage expensive cloths body perfumes men accessories with in a all are brand products. I cannot take leave and go to the railway station daily.
                              I attached the bill copy and partial delivery certificate here with please open this attachment & understand my problem,
                              Kindly look in to this matter & do the needful to enable me to get luggage at the earliest and without any further delay. I would very much thankful for your kind cooperation.

                                I have paid rs 35650/- to national paints under asian paints for my flat repainting. It was told that entire painting will be completed within 12 days and started on and from 26.09.2019 but till date the painting has not been completed.
                                After receiving cheque they started blackmailng for more amount on account of stencil and texture by cash though the same was settled during colour consultation.
                                It is not understood why extra amount was not raised during colour consultation or during advancement of painting work.

                                  I booked a ticket on the 'asr dbrg express (15934)' for a journey on 13th oct. 2019, having pnr no. [protected], from guwahati to mariani. However later i was informed via. Message that the train was late by almost 7 hours. Since it was urgent, so i decided to board one other train aka. 'brahmaputra mail' and make by journey on that very day. I then filed a tdr, regarding cancellation of my journey on the ground that my train was late. I then booked a general ticket and completed my journey in the 'brahmaputra mail'.
                                  Now 3 days earlier i was notified that my tdr was registered and today i was informed that my tdr was repudiated on the ground that 'as per the chart, the passenger (I) has travelled.
                                  Clearly it is one of those cases where the tte must have done fraud and marked me present, whereas selling my seat to someone else at a higher price
                                  Why is it that the corrupted always get away and it is us the general public that has to pay.
                                  The train was late,
                                  The tte made extra bucks by fraud, and
                                  I have to pay for it.
                                  Why???
                                  Below, i am submitting my reserved ticket, my general ticket and the notice stating my tdr being repudiated.

                                    Samparkkranti train, 12649, where due to festive season their is over occupancy of commuters. I'd to urgently go to nagpur so i'd to buy a general ticket worth rs 300 from yesvantpur to nagpur. Since their was no space left even to stand in general coaches so i'd to board a sleeper coach. I told tte to upgrade the ticket but he said it's not possible. Suddenly at 1am these persons came and charged me extra rs 500 for nagpur, telling me it's penalty. I said the charge for sleeper coach to nagpur is rs 540 and you are taking extra. He was extremely rude and forced me to pay extra rs 500 even after i was trying to make him understand. By this incident we can only say that it's like extracting money from helpless commuters. For a sleeper ticket of rs 540 for nagpur i'd to pay rs 800! And still i'm not having a seat! I'm a student and money doesn't come easily to pay for these exorbitant charges. It should be reasonable.

                                      Lack of nacissacities in 01666 agartala habibganj special train. First of all its a long distance train and there is no pantry car all passengers suffer great discomfort and starve due to this senario. They depend on local food roaming vendors. Which is a risk to heath. Secondly its cleanliness. Not even a single time it cleanup all over there is leftovers. Garbage. Last it is the train which never ever runs on time. 2 to 3 hours late is normal. How arrogant situation it is. We are paying for this facility. Due to its irregular running schedule all passengers have to starve and suffer
