Myself prabhu i had booked my luggage on date (12.10.2019) from kalyanan junction to erode junction (Parcel no :[protected], weight (Wave) 396 kg, no. Of luggage booking is 10. But handover erode junction parcel office only 9 luggages. One luggage missing till now has not received my parcel.
I inquired in erode junction parcel office they informed me that my parcel missing issue about our erode junction parcel office. The commercial supervisor gives me a partial delivery certificate on the date of (17.10.2019)
I have inquired at erode parcel office several time but the parcel officer is not taking any responsibility, sir, i am in private shop that missing luggage expensive cloths body perfumes men accessories with in a all are brand products. I cannot take leave and go to the railway station daily.
I attached the bill copy and partial delivery certificate here with please open this attachment & understand my problem,
Kindly look in to this matter & do the needful to enable me to get luggage at the earliest and without any further delay. I would very much thankful for your kind cooperation.

Sir I am arabinda jena . Some one take my bag from train. I started journey from secendrabad to bbsr in konark express 11019seat no s6 35 and 37.i think seat no 34 and 36 may be they take my bag by mistakely.kindly do the needful.

    I have paid rs 35650/- to national paints under asian paints for my flat repainting. It was told that entire painting will be completed within 12 days and started on and from 26.09.2019 but till date the painting has not been completed.
    After receiving cheque they started blackmailng for more amount on account of stencil and texture by cash though the same was settled during colour consultation.
    It is not understood why extra amount was not raised during colour consultation or during advancement of painting work.
    Indian Railways customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I booked a ticket on the 'asr dbrg express (15934)' for a journey on 13th oct. 2019, having pnr no. [protected], from guwahati to mariani. However later i was informed via. Message that the train was late by almost 7 hours. Since it was urgent, so i decided to board one other train aka. 'brahmaputra mail' and make by journey on that very day. I then filed a tdr, regarding cancellation of my journey on the ground that my train was late. I then booked a general ticket and completed my journey in the 'brahmaputra mail'.
      Now 3 days earlier i was notified that my tdr was registered and today i was informed that my tdr was repudiated on the ground that 'as per the chart, the passenger (I) has travelled.
      Clearly it is one of those cases where the tte must have done fraud and marked me present, whereas selling my seat to someone else at a higher price
      Why is it that the corrupted always get away and it is us the general public that has to pay.
      The train was late,
      The tte made extra bucks by fraud, and
      I have to pay for it.
      Why???
      Below, i am submitting my reserved ticket, my general ticket and the notice stating my tdr being repudiated.

        Samparkkranti train, 12649, where due to festive season their is over occupancy of commuters. I'd to urgently go to nagpur so i'd to buy a general ticket worth rs 300 from yesvantpur to nagpur. Since their was no space left even to stand in general coaches so i'd to board a sleeper coach. I told tte to upgrade the ticket but he said it's not possible. Suddenly at 1am these persons came and charged me extra rs 500 for nagpur, telling me it's penalty. I said the charge for sleeper coach to nagpur is rs 540 and you are taking extra. He was extremely rude and forced me to pay extra rs 500 even after i was trying to make him understand. By this incident we can only say that it's like extracting money from helpless commuters. For a sleeper ticket of rs 540 for nagpur i'd to pay rs 800! And still i'm not having a seat! I'm a student and money doesn't come easily to pay for these exorbitant charges. It should be reasonable.

          Lack of nacissacities in 01666 agartala habibganj special train. First of all its a long distance train and there is no pantry car all passengers suffer great discomfort and starve due to this senario. They depend on local food roaming vendors. Which is a risk to heath. Secondly its cleanliness. Not even a single time it cleanup all over there is leftovers. Garbage. Last it is the train which never ever runs on time. 2 to 3 hours late is normal. How arrogant situation it is. We are paying for this facility. Due to its irregular running schedule all passengers have to starve and suffer

            I guess in b-6 couch the western washroom is filled with water and in b-5 couch the ceiling is leaking with water you guys charge a boam on this train but it's unacceptable that even after paying premium amount of money to travel the experience is like traveling in sleeper class. There is no attendant to complaint either.

              I'm traveling from bhopal to lucknow. My coach g4, seat number 52 and pnr no.-[protected]. An intrusion of cockroaches are walking all over the seats and wall. If this is the services indian railway is providing, hats off! And when i complained about the situation to the incharge person, he has no answer.
              Health and hygiene has always been a problem with railways.

                suggestion for saving of water and use of plastic

                Some time back i was travelling from delhi to dehradun in shatabdi express. It was an overall great experience in terms of booking, services, timeliness, catering and so on by #indianrailways.

                However, i observed that at start of journey every passenger is given 1 lt water bottle. All shatabdi trains are air conditioned and the #water consumption of people is expected to be lower in cold environment.

                We have been travelling through ashram express from ahmedabad to delhi

                Luggage bag was damaged by rat during night.
                Headphone wire was also cut by rat in bag.
                Cloths were also damaged and torn by rat.
                Documents also damaged. It cause me lots of damage.

                  Hello sir, i am traveller from trivandrum to tirur. During my travel at ernakulam station lots people come to reservation compartment and forcibly occupying my seat. They are put their luggage on my seat and try to make they're own the seat. I was studying upsc exam and i need to focus on that preparation so that's why i was booked reservation seat while i can read and travel.

                  And in this train the tt never showed up

I went to my bank branch pnb, cinema road ajmer. I met branch manager many times but till today i didn't get any response from bank side. So pls revised my pension and airier. As soon as possible.

                      Dear Sir,
                      I have booked one cycle parcel from Kharagpur to Raigarh on 04/10/2019 and it was loaded to 05/10/2019 as per railway employee as inquired. But due to negligence of raigarh railway parcel office it was not unloaded in raigarh station. I reached parcel office for inquiry but they are not replying a satisfactory answers for the same such as it is in LLT and when it will reach to raigarh they don't know. This is negligence of railway employees. This must be solved and strict action must be taken for these employees and please respond for parcel as soon as possible.

                          I had booked my scooter to be transported from Nagpur to Chalisgaon on 15/10/2019. The booking PWB no. is : A2716464
                          But the guard didn't open the luggage Bogie to deliver it on the station. Now my scooter is stranded at some other station. Please assist! Railways is not responding and no one is helping to get my scooter delivered at the proper station.

                            My wife with her father and mother were travelling on 13/10/2019 in sleeper coach by chirmiri - rewa train form shahdol to rewa. At between 11.00 to 11.15 pm on the same date a unknown person looted gold chain worn by wife. At katni main station after this happening she with his father tried to complain and register the fir police help center but they misguided saying to file fir online, but from online contact again they ahd been suggested to complain at railway station from where thy started their journey.
                            With geat hope again my wife and i myself tried to make a complain at rewa station terminal station of the train we travelled. On 15/10/2019. Again police staff rejected to help. With great hope for immidiate and positive action i am asking for help giving following details -

                              I have booked my goods from bpl on 31st of aug 2019 vide prr/pwb no [protected] to ranchi junction. I understand from bhopal parcel office that the goods has been shipped on 31/08/2019 but till date i don’t see any update neither in the online portal of railway nor did i get a call from the parcel office regarding the receipt of the vehicle. I tried contacting the number[protected] several times but ended up in no response.
                              Sir, these are indian army concern items which are very important for the operational area. Sir, plz ensure in which i can get the said as soon as possible.

                                It's really painful to c that railways staff r using some third parties who r making money engaging in loading and downloading vehicles. On 12.10.2019 i was trying to load my vehicle in 16316 train from ernakulam junction where i was asked to pay ₹ 500/- apart from the railway charges and when we refused to pay, thy said that the money goes to the railway staff and the union people. When we emptied the petrol from our bike, the third parties r not at all interested to give back the petrol back to us and keeping in their custody..

                                Later when i reached bangalore majestic station another third parties took my bike and demanded for ₹200/- again. I told him tat i don't have any money to pay and he asked me to pay whatever i have. I paid 100/- to that #. When i made complaint to the railway officer, he said that thy r private parties and ignored my complaint..

                                Finally i got my ₹100 back in majestic station after complaining.. One of the third party # asked me that, y i haven't lodged complaint in the ernakulam station instead of at ernakulam station.. Who tat # is asking me all these questions.

                                Further i reached the parcel office and lodged a complaint again, then also thr was no use at all..

                                The way ur staff treat the passengers is horrifying and pls remind them that thy are getting salary from we like passengers..

                                It's very shameful to c this kind of incident happening in indian railways.. If no action is taken against these private parties and ur staff who r all engaged in this kind of activities.. I will sure forward the complaint to the president and the prime minister of india..

                                Ur action and reply is awaited...

                                  I want to lodge a complaint for change of pillow cover. I have repeatedly complaint 6-7 times in a row but got no revert as far as now. The pillow cover they provided was fully drenched and the attendant says he doesn't have any other apart from that. Therefore i request you to kindly look into the matter and solve at the earliest.

                                    Staffs working in kochuveli railway canteen thiruvananthapuram kerala doesn't understand or speak malayalam, only one person who is sitting at the counter understand malayalam. Please appoint staffs who understand malayalam or english. It was really difficult to communicate with staffs working there and please provide proper training to the staffs to be customer friendly. My mom cancelled her first order and ordered another freshly prepared food item since the food item she first ordered was cold. We waited for half an hour while the guy who served us food was serving food to other customers who gave order after my mom gave hers. Later we had to cancel our order and pay bill for food items other than the cancelled order and leave.

                                      My self navya sri. Today (9.10.2019) i am travelling from khammam (Kmt) to jolarpeta (Jtj) train no 16318 (Exp) along with my husabnd. We both got reservations in different coaches. I got reservation in s9, 52 pnr ([protected]) my husabnd got reservation in s1, 31 ([protected]). I have requested to tc for berth swap and agreed to swap. Later he started conversation and misbehaved very badly asking about caste place and address. I asked him is this required for berth swap and he used unparliamentary language denayed for berth swap. I got scared and left the coach.in vijawada station he left. I tried to get his name but unfortunately i missed. Kindly register my complaint and do needful.
