On dt.03.10.19 iam using uts service for issue season ticket from neral to goregaon, mumbai at that time rs. 1, 606.92 was spent on my atm card no. Ending xxxx2908 zaak epayment serviceon 03-oct-2019. A/c no xxxx7822 but till date season ticket not received or rs.1606.92 not refunded by railway.
Hence it is requested to refund above amount as early as possible.

Here by report about an illegal penalty and arrogant behaviour of railway officials in duty for ticket checking.

Station : thiruvananthapuram - tvc

After reaching station premises, by using uts app, i initiated booking 2 platform tickets via railwire wifi from the railway station.
The app processing for payment...

My concern is that i am unable to change the boarding point for pnr no. [protected]. I want to change my boarding point phillaur phr to govindgarh gvg. I want to travel from govindgarh gvg to goshainganj ggj.
