I am so pisse of today just because of indian railway. As par tatkal reservation format i was taken token for tatkal reservation from nagpur to pune train no.12136. I woke up early in the morning and reached at nagpur railway station 7.30am and waiting for reservation token till 9 am. Supervisor given token and after that i waited for tatkal reservation counter open timing 11am but in that railway station and after that on ticket counter madam was there her name is vanita ghadge. As par railway timing so many passenger ask her about timing 11am done start the tatkal but she told check your watch timing and she started work on 11:08am as par nagpur railway station clock timing and also she was arrgu with me on payment i'm ready for pay by card but she denied i told her as par indian government i could pay payment by any mode but she shout on me. After that she derctly denind for tatkal or primium tatkal. So today i was not got tatkal reservation and just because of that madam i'm not able to join my duty on time.

I request to consumer complaints forum take streek action against her and also please copy this massage to station master, indian rail mantralay, railway minster also and pm narendra modi.

Indian railway officer may work good but the employee not.

just not only notified tell the Indian railway stop all type of agent and employee relatives don't allow reservation in office they will have to take token and take ticket. if not possible so how can passenger should travel.

    Hi, i am a frequent traveler in train and usually go by unchahar express train number 14218.

    At ambala cant station, railways employees come and sit on our booked sear due to which we have to suffer a lot. We are not even allowed to sit comfortably on our booked seat for which we have paid. I have noted this many times or every week on friday when i traveler in the train.

    Few of the police staff also come with them and occupy our seat. On a seat of one person for which we pay, we are bound to sit 5 person and on our booked seat, we are made as a slave.

    When we are paying for our seat and the railway employee's are getting salary from our money, then we should not be harassed like this.

    Please help in this matter.

I found out that my clothes and electrical accessories in my bags have been completely gnawed by rats and later on i realised that my bag too have been damaged from below... I tried to call the customer care but no response have been provided from there side yet... This bag costed me 2800/ inr and i lost clothes and other things summing upto around 6000 rupess... So please i request u to provide me compensation for my loss...

          Sir I am loco pilot posted at Kazipet jn.
          I parcel my whirlpool freez from Kazipet to Agra cantt by train no.12861.
          My younger brother go to receive parcel office at the time of train arrival and told to parcel office on duty staff but they deny for unload the freez.
          So my parcel not delivered at agc and I got a message o[censored]nloaded my parcel at Nizamuddin railway station.

            I booked a parcel on 7. September 2019 from jhansi station to bhopal station. The prr no. Is [protected] i didn't get my parcel on 8 september and i looked for it on 9 september also but i didn't get the parcel yet. The person at bhopal parcel office told me that the parcel didn't arrive and i got the loss of 5500 rs please helpme in that case.

              12171 ltt haridwar ac exp. Additional halts must be provided at these stations :
              1. Khandwa jn. 3 min
              2. Itarsi jn. 5 min
              3. Bina jn. Or vidisha 2 min
              4. Gwalior 3 min
              5. Habibganj 2 min
              6. Manmad jn. 2 min
              7. Burhanpur 2 min
              8. Hoshangabad 1 min

              Especially the halts of itarsi, khandwa, hoshangabad, and gwl must be added to this train. This train has usually less stops and hence less bookings.
              Itarsi & khandwa jn. Are the big junctions skipped by this train.
              Considering the timings of this train, the train can be given halts at these stations without much inconvenience to timings and punctuality won't be hindered much.
              Hoshangabad, too requires an ac train as been a district and no ac trains stops there.
              Recently, itarsi halt have been provided to banglore rajdhani considering the importance of this halt.
              Majority of ac trains skips itarsi & khandwa which requires an ac train.
              Burhanpur too is being developing and requires an ac train to halt.
              Also with less number of halts people are forced to have pantry car food and limited food options.

                Sir, the college road railway crossing near the pathankot cannteen rly stn having 4 railway tracks in between has the very pathetic uneven joints. The heavy vehicles, motorists, commuters, main issue with pregnant ladies facing the jerks while crossing over the barriers. I[censored] clear this issue it is very easy and fast to close the barrier with traffic clearance when the arrivals of trains, sometimes trains also delay due to this barrier without traffic clearance. I[censored] clear this issue it is beneficial for railways as well as commuters. Pls do the favour sir clear it as soon as possible

                  Abohar area of punjab. Near gaoshala railway phatak. Phatak keeper name - bhagwan dass s/o sheetal prasad.
                  It's his habbit to harass people by closing phatak in advance 15 minutes and open after 5 minutes.
                  Please justify the rule and regulation of phatak closing.
                  Is it digital india and people are free to stand along with the phatak to see the train.
                  Waiting for strict action.

                    Hi, this is santu pramanik i was coming from tata nagar by pune hw duranto expres. Unfortunately the train is 3hour late. I need to go to lakshmikanta pur. That's why i am came at sealdah station. & i was gone to the station master at 9th sep night shift. He has insult me & say "how u came to me without ticket" i say all ticket counter are closed. Havvy raining outside. Need help from you. Again he said loudly "u need to pay fine for coming me without ticket" & say get out i cannot help you.

                    I am really shocked. At mid night where I will go. Where is my fault? If train is late. I just go for help from him. But His Behaviour is very Ruth. If YOU search you find I am always travelling by train every month. So can I expect this type of service? Need Justic!.

                      alcohol consumption in train

                      Today 8 sep 2019 train no 12191 shridhar express.
                      I am traveling with my family in ac 2 coach no a2 and i front of tc and all staff in my coach few people are drinking and disturbing us now. But no body is responsible and responding properly.
                      It's happening in train very often but no one is care about it.
                      It's really rediculas and shameful. Railway should take strick action. Against it...

                      Yesterday my mother 59 years old alone boarded a train from mumbai central to delhi (Rajdhani pnr = [protected]) it was a connecting train to bareilly.
                      Another train from delhi to bareilly was (Rajdhani 20506 pnr =[protected]
                      Rajdhani was 2 hours late due to which her another connecting train to bareilly missed and she struggled on delhi station, due to delay of indian railway she had to suffer, with a lot of luggage. I want refund for the ticket which was confirmed. Here i am attaching both confirmed tickets.

                            I was booked an premium tatkal ticket from mmct-mtj. Due to late in connecting train i was miss my train and filed tdr with some other reason because i was lost to find out the valid reason. I tried to change the reason but there was no way to change in tdr reason. After two month my tdr was rejected with nil refund.
                            Actually i want to i booked my ticket in premium tatkal why should i miss my train without a valid reason..

                              Yesterday my mother boarded rajdhani from mumbai central (12951) seat no. A2/51/lb and departure time of the train was 08: 35.
                              But the train reached the delhi station at 9:40 due to which she could not board her another train which is new delhi to bareilly (20506) b5/12/lb
                              Who is responsible for this... I want refund for her new delhi to bareilly ticket

                                  I, karnail singh got three parcels booked on date[protected] from old delhi railway station to pathankotjunction (Prr number - [protected]).

                                  2/3 parcels have reached station and the third one is missing. Nobody at the station has any know how of the missing parcels. To top the agony, they are not delivering the other two parcels as well on the pretext that all of them will be given together.

                                  Everybody knows that if the parcel stays lying on the station for long than items start missing inside.

                                  Sir, i am in private job and hence i cant take leave and go to the railway station daily.

                                  I attached the billty copy herewith please open this attachment & understand my problem.

                                  Kindly look in to this matter & do the needful to enable me to get luggage at the earliest and without any further delay. I would very much thankful for your kind co-operation

                                      This is to inform you that a lady has to travelled from ltt in ltt-azamgarh exp.
                                      She is pregnant and alone at the ltt station. There were no update of train status. At departure time they get an announcement that train has been delayed for 3 hrs.
                                      Its been more than 4 hrs, there were no update about the train. She is not getting any help from the railway and feeling sick.
                                      Need help urgently at ltt station. Her name is pallavi. Please help soon.
