i lost my traveller bag from kerala express 12626, i lost it when i was travelling to ernakulam town to vaikom road 09-june-2019.The bag is American Tourister black in colour. Your requested to find it out.

    waiting room locked at udupi station

    I am using this station since 2 years. And everytime I come here, and find waiting room is locked. Passengers are lying on the floor, chairs etc. Even for passengers of 2AC, have to sit outside.

    And when told at station, railway employees say -" we don't have key of waiting room. "

    Also most of the year, it rains in Udupi, and station is not even covered. Passengers have to go in rain and catch the train. br...

    Sir
    I have booked 03 nos of Parcel at Station KOTA Jn to Bhubaneswar on Dated[protected] . Out of which 02 nos of parcel delivered at BBSR stn on[protected] and one Parcel is Still Missing to till date which contains some important study materials and which hampering a lot to my study & Exams
    Please help me to track and deliver my parcel and I promised not to book any thing through INDIAN RAIL in FUTURE.

        I am traveling with an infant and 3 year old children. I had booked ticket and asked for a confirmed lower berth. But after chart prepared I was alloted 2 upper births.
        PNR-[protected]. I had called several times at the Railway but the people are very very rude. There is no greivance cell also. I am traveling by Suryanagri Express on 9th June 2019.

          STALL no 19 person which is situated on visakapatnam platform no 6&7 was overcharging people for selling cold drinks and snacks, this incident happened with me on 6/6/2019 while travelling from vskp to ltt train number 18519 at 11pm.The Person who was inside stall describes him as abdul murtaza and behaves like street gunda, he did not allowed me to take pics of stall nor he provided me the stall contractor number, instead took my mobile when i was trying to take pics of stall no 19.

            Hi

            I am travelling in 12727 on 7th June from Vizag to Secunderabad. There are few passengers who were traveling without reservation and sitting on same berth (where people are sleeping) and eating dinner. The person (who is drunk) here was asked by tt to get down at the previous station and yet he continued to travel. It is worrying factor that safety might also be compromised for people traveling.

              I have noticed that since many years below faciliies are missing in Pune Railway Station, main four wheeler parking area.
              1) Lack of good Streetlights
              2) Broken Glass at all boundary and beneath trees ( mostly due to drunkard persons )
              3) No receipt of parking payments. I paid 30/- but did not get receipt.
              4) The roads are not smooth and not able to drag the luggage trolley properly.

              Request you look into it. It makes unsafe for women and senior citizens to stay in parking after evening.

                , i have booked ticket on Dt . 26.02.2019 PNR NO. [protected] Rs. 1720/- and cancel the same yet i have not received refund amount Rs, 1530/ after deducting cancellation charges.
                and same date i have booked 1 more ticket Transaction id: [protected] Rs, 1720/-for specific seat but same not alloted me and deducted the amount.

                i request you please look in to this matter and refund Rs, (1530+1720) Rs.3260/- at the earliest.

                Every alternative days I called customer care and the;y told me send bank statement I send them yet I have not received my refund, already 4 month is passed.

                  I Vishal gogate had booked my luggage on dated[protected] from Madgaon to Ahmedabad(Parcel No.954019), but till now i have not received my Parcel .

                  I inquired in Ahmedabad, they informed me that my parcel had moved ahead from Ahmedabad delivery not done on scheduled date 5th June 2019 due to Manpower unavailability by Train No-19577- Jamnagar Exp. ( route as Trinuveli via madgaon, Ahmedabad to last destination Jamnagar.

                  I have Inquired at Ahmedabad Parcel Office several time and the Parcel Officer had enquired and communicate to with jamnagar parcel officer then he told that parcel had unload at jamnagar.

                  Already I had stay form 2 days at Ahmedabad railway station for parcel which will be come from jamnagar to Ahmedabad through another train but still not received due to same unacceptable reason manpower unavailability at jamnagar railway station to parcel loading in train.

                  My family also will be arrived today as on 7 th June 2019.

                  Sir, i am in private job, So I know the no any reason acceptable to completion of initiated work.

                  i attached the billty copy herewith please open this attachment & understand my problem Total 41 items ( 40 hose hold items and 01 bike activa honda).

                  kindly look in to this matter & do the needful to enable me to get luggage at the earliest and without any further delay .i would very much thankful for your kind co-operation.

                    Hi,
                    I booked a ticket from malda to patna for 06/06/2019, departure time 7:10 pm and i had a flight from patna to delhi at 9:25 am on 07/06/2019. But train nu 13413, farakka express got delayed by more than 4 hours 35 minutes because of which i had to cancel my flight from patna to delhi incurring loss of whole booking amount, along with, i had to book another flight from patna to delhi incurring again extra cost.
                    In my view, if indian railways have run its train on time, i would have been able to catch my flight on time, saving myself extra charges and mental harassment.
                    I have message coveyed to me by indian railways informing me about the delay.
                    Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue.

                      We have three seats in AC 2 tier. Two seats are lower and one seat is o[censored]pper.. But one lady captured on our lower seat and make argument with us ..And she tell us that she is feeling unwell but I told her that I want only for half an hour then she challenge me to complain anywhere... So I therefore request you to please take serious action about this

                      This is not fair we are also giving money for each seat. But they are taking our seats by showing the bag of medicines.. But she looks well according to me. This types of things violated the rights of people..

                        Respectd sir/madam,
                        Train no. 12092(naini soon jan shatabdi) is a runway train passing through nagina, bijnor... 1000s of passengers need a train connecting katgodam (uttrakhand) to nagina ... Sir /madam, there is no train connecting the mentioned stations ... It's a strong urge to at least provide a minute or two minute stoppage at nagina ...
                        It would be of great help to about 1000s of passengers..
                        I hope the above request will be considered wisely .expect the positive response ahead.

                          Yesterday my wife along with my 2 daughters (14y & 6 y) were traveling from kanpur to vapi in train no 22443 at B2 6&8.First the train timing was 6.20 since she was far away from station she travelled 3 hours before to reach at station in time & when she reached station at 4 PM it was been informed that the time has been rescheduled & now the train will depart at 9 pm.OK no problem she allowed her relatives to go as it was confirmed that the train will be leave from platform no 7.but at last moment it was announce that now the train will be depart from platform no 4.Now since the train was already late by more than 3 hrs why it was not decided that from which platform the train will depart.Can you guess what problem she have faced to transfer luggage from platform no 7 to 4 at last moment with 2 small kids.why the platform shifting decision has been taken at last moment when the railway dept was having enough time to take decision. there were also a senior citizen couple just think how difficult it would for them to transfer with luggage

                              As per govt initiatives, all financial transactions is being made on line and some changes are deducted for that facilitates.
                              There is also a facility for online railway ticket reservation. The passengers who are in waiting list, await for their ticket reservation till the prepration of chart/last movement of scheduled departure of the train.in case railway fails to provide any bearth or seat, the ticket must be cancelled before start of tatkal reservation, so that passengers may get their tickets booked in time or may take next decision accordingly, to avoid any harassment.
                              There must be a provision to provide a birth or a single seat for their poposed journey. Eleventh hour non confirmation of ticket provide harassment to passengers, where to go and what to do. There must be provision for providing help to passengers at this stage. At least a seat in that train in lower class must be provided, after seeking willingness from the passengers.
                              Further, in case railway fails to provide seat/bearth reserved, the whole amount must be refunded, without deducting any charges.
                              Recently, i suffer with many difficulties due to non confirmation of reservation at eleventh houragainst pnr no.[protected]. I am being refunded an amount of rs.430/- against an amount of rs.495/- charged from me.
                              Kindly look into the matter for comfort journey of a helpless passenger. Further more, i will write this grievances to pm office.

                                Platform tickets are totally annoying in india. Just think practically, using a government service we can pay for their services provided... But aiding a person to use a government service should also pay!!! Its totally unrealistic. These ideas are taken up thinking india is developed but no its not and it will never if such unjust ideas pop up. What if a train starts by 7.05 and we reached the station by 7.00 and the person using the train is ill.
                                Still the person aiding him should pay???
                                Please consider this: (
                                Come on guys.. Do you think we should pay!!! To help. 😵😵

                                  My family is travelling from jagadhri to bhatinda. The train was supposed to reach at 1:30 pm. Its 4:15 and the train hasnt reach yet. This is a special train for which we are paying almost double amount of fare then the regular fair. My father in law is phyisically handicap. He is there at the station in 50 degree. Who will take the responsibility if something happens to him. I want an immediate action. The pnr number of the tickets are [protected] and [protected]. Indian government will never care for the inconvenience caused to passenger. If a passenger gets late train doesnt wait for it. Why passenger have to bear all the pain. The train number is 04997. The government even doesnt bother to make a single sms to the passenger that the train is late. Government just want only civil person to get changed but what about government. They need to change also.

                                    My pnr no [protected] b1 rac 47 travelling to gwahati... The coach attender refused to give me blankets. Inspite of the tt telling him to give me a blanket set he point blank refused to give me and did not give me the complaint book too. He was very rude too. How can i share a blanket with a third person who i don't know. Rac he is supposed to give us two blankets. Per passenger is one set of blankets. I asked his name he did not say. He did not have a badge too... Three nights how are we supposed to go without a blanket. This is completely unacceptable..

                                    I took some photos of him that i will show you as evidance train no.18192 utsarg express DOJ-03/06/2019 2A class tickets checker rakesh kumar taking money from ordinary ticket holder to allot them seat and i have waiting tickets of 2A and he doesnot allow me to travel outside of the cabin..and talk in very bad language and ask for some money.

                                      Train no 82636. Train time was 6.50 and i am waiting with my 4 months baby in the station at 12.30, still the tarin has not not arrived.in the app it is showing as arriving time 2.00. If the arriving time is differing so much i would have not booked it and have choosen alternative way. Carrying a baby in hand it is so difficult to wait for more than 7 hrs just think about it. Train cost for a ticket in gerenal is 1200 waste of time and money.
