Dear sir,
My pnr no. Is [protected], i have missed my train, as train was departured before time from my boarding station without any prior information.
When i reached at station at 10:05pm to board the train, it was informed me at enquiry counter that, train has been left the station.
While, actual arrival and departure time of train at my boarding station is 10:07pm and 10:17pm respectively. My ers booking reference is attached here for your reference.
Hence, i am demanding my full refund of ticket fare as well as compensation against my physical and mental harassment.

The Train (Train Number/Name: 22850 / SC SHM WKLY EXP) i am travelling on has been occupied by unknown persons and reluctant to vacant the seat against my PNR No: [protected].
