1. Indian railways planned laying of lines at rly track for running electric trains at gopalganj, bihar for which the height barrier at railway crossing was reduced on nh 58 because of which the crossing has been impassable for bigger vehicles since nearly 30 days now.

2. The said crossing is the only route (Nh 58) from assam/bengal to other parts of the country. Rly reducing the height barrier at railway crossing gopalganj nearly a month ago and has caused great discomfort and losses to the people stuck. As on date, the vehicles waiting are stretched till 18-20 km. Imagine the hardships of people stranded.

3. The administration has turned deaf to the complaints. Railways has turned a blind eye. Complaints by the people have found no redress till date.

4. Ideally, if a major highway is blocked and the same is likely to cause discomfort to people, the same must be informed well in time in all kinds of media and an alternate route/ axis identified for the same. Else, the patch is worked upon only on select timings notified in advance (Say night hours).

5. There cannot be such a disregard to democracy by the executive.

6. The barrier height must be raised immediately and indian railways must apologize for the huge discomfort caused because of their actions.

    Now i mean 27th may 2019, i was travelling in tamilnadu express (12622). I have general ticket from jhansi to vijayawada. Here the problem is the train have 2 general compartments, one is engine side and other one is guard side. The engine side compartment is occupied by some govt. Personal and shutted all the 6 doors from inside. Because of this all the engine side general ticket passengers are entered into the slr bhogie, you know how worst the situation is ladies in the slr bhogie feel very uncomfortable, even they cant go to the toilet, and the toilet cabin also filled with passengers. Upto now this is the worst facility i have ever seen in the indian railways. I hate this

    He is missing from DDU station to Vindhyachal station. HE has memory problem please help my mother is with him before he missing, same dress wear in given photo Age 61 .

    The entire boagie was filled with armed policeman and neither the TT nor train staff helped get our reserved seats. There was no service at all and we had to do entire journey with a lot of issues.

    It was so unsafe to travel among so many people with guns around them and zero security. Even the TT couldn't do much as we feeling trapped for entire journey.

    If you can do anything to correct this, just refund entire money and should ensure that such situation is not repeated. Its a threat to life of people

      I am subramanian a passenger in s11 compartment in train 22640 seated from thrissur in seat 41 and 44. This compartment was full o[censored]nreserved passengers, and we are not in a possition to go for urine or wash hand or anything. When complained to the she was also advised to complaint to railway authority. No any police visited in this compartment. The railway may take appropriate action to made good the journey of passengers. Take immediate action

        I don’t know on which basis you gave the exam centres.
        May my home station is dhanbad (Jharkhand) but i clearly mention my present address goa where i presently living. Is it possible to go there (Jharkhand) in this 11th hour for a girl from goa which is approximately 2000km?

        स्लीपर कोच में पैर रखने की जगह नही है, पानी को तरस गये है पानी वाले आ ही नही पा रहे, टीटी तक टिकट चेक करने नही आया, सबसे पैसा लेकर S8 में घुसेड़ दिया है और बाथरूम तक नही जा पा रहे ।

        On asking staff say:-"khatam ho gaya hai"
        PNR.[protected]. TT allows lot o[censored]nreserved in Sleeper coach with fine. It is more than the limit. I am afraid on my belongings and children due to unknown person. I already complain to him and he takes action as force. Again it was repeated.

He abusing me and also abuse other people he miss use the power of his post. Sir i have dont know. About my complaint was accepted or not. At last i kindly requestpliz take action against sirsa railway station ticket collector. India is full of freedom bt not emotional feelings he kind very angry person..             Dear sir, we were travelling with gold ornaments in a luggage on 22nd of may 2019 pnr and after completing the journey we came to surprise that we are missing 6 items which are costly ornaments (2 lakhs), we are suspecting our fellow passenger i. E seat no 45 and 46 coach s13 in train 12791 have stolen our ornaments while we were asleep, the suspected 45 seat person was travelling from secundrabad to gyanpur road, and other 46 seat person got down at varanasi.

            I request rpf to conduct immediate enquiry on this two persons. (Seat no 45 and 46 coach s13 train 12791 dated 22 may 2019 from secundrabad to varanasi.

              Hi sir/mam,
              My name is seema and i booked a ticket from anandvihar to patna, pnr is [protected]. The tickets was in wait list when i booked and after few days it was showing that the train had been diverted and is not reaching the destination i. E. Patna junction. Hence, i did travelled on that same ticket as it got confirmed. On the other hand, my brother couldn't go as the train was not reaching the destination. So, i filed tdr against that one ticket. But it got repudiated.
              Please help me with this at the earliest.

                On 22nd may i registered my bike for parcel.
                For packaging of bike outsource people behave as they own railways and charge unnecessary amounts of money. These kind of services should be removed by railway and bring in their own packaging. Parcel officials in ahmedabad were really helpful and are also fed up of these outsourcing who are just there to take money and provide no service. I had a fight with them and my bike has still not been delivered after they charging me money even for taking the bike to the train.

                  parcel office ahmedabad

                  Small station valsad has computerised parcel whereas ahmedabad still doesn't have it.
                  I registered my bike for parcel from adi to bl on 22 may. Have still not received it and don't know when it will be coming. Receipt number is
                  T 862235. When will i be recieving the bike as it should be coming within a day with so many trains. No idea even how to contact ahmedabad parcel office...

                  We are senior citizens of age 69 & 64 bearing sleeper class ticket pnr no.[protected] for coach s11 berth nos.33 and 36. We got into the train around 2.00pm at vskp and upto the train reaching chennai central no conductor turned uop for ticket checking and the coach was crowded with unauthorised passengers (Each berth being occupied by 4 to 5 people). From the moment we got into the train the conductor who was supposed to come to check the tickets through out the journey. During nights unauthorised travellers occupied the corridor sleeping on the way without leaving any way for toilets. Is it the security that is taken care of by indian raillways/irctc??? Are the ticket collectors at liberty to enjoy anyway they like without attending to their duties? To my knowledge the conductors would change at visakhapatnam and vijayawada (I took the train at visakhapatnam) but through out our journey we didn't see any conductor to complain about the inconvenience we are facing, surprisingly not even a railway police man is seen through out our journey. This is is how railway functioning and security provided to the passengers. Hatsoff to indian railways!!! Perhaps the only efficient railways in the world. Ttes need not do duty but can enjoy salaries spending gambling in ac coaches and enjoy salaries. Can railways investigate whereabouts of coach conductors supposed to join the train at visakhapatnam and vijayawada???//

                  I am traveling in Basava express (17307) I am traveling Mysur to Solapur in S8. There is full croud in the Bogi. Non reserve persons in Bogi and misbehaving with our family. There was not even security or TT. Please do something. I'll call to helpline no. But they told me to call 138. I will dial 138. But this number could not connect.

                    I had booked one ticket through debit card on 06/05/2019 due to change in programme the ticket was cancelled on 08/05/2019. the said ticket was for the date of 14/05/2019. in the cancelled recipt the refund written Rs 2820/= which was suppose to be creditted directly to the bank account from which it was debitted through debit card. The ticket was cancelled on 08/05/2019 with the PNR no :[protected]and today is 23rd but I regrett to say that till now the amount is not been creditted to the account.On 16/05/2019 I had also complained about the sam to the CCM 9 Refunds), S. E Raiways at kolkata but no reply has been received till date.

                      This is regarding to pune bhusaval train. Train from chinchwad station was at 11:58 but it was 15 min late then also it's ok.. That it was 10 to 15 min late still it was supposed to reach at 15:17 at kalyan junction and train should cover up it's delay time but then also it has taken more than 1 hour from the given arrival time. Train was completely late by 1 hour and therefore i missed my train which was scheduled at 4 pm which was sevagram, due to poor management of pune bhusaval train, i missed my train and now i'm unable to get my money and yet i need to go for exam. Can you please help me to get my money for 3 tier ac ticket, due to improper train schedule i missed my train, what can i do now...? It is supposed to be at station 30 hour before the train arrival but due to impropriate timings, it has led to missing of my train.

                        Dear sir,
                        My pnr no. Is [protected], i have missed my train, as train was departured before time from my boarding station without any prior information.
                        When i reached at station at 10:05pm to board the train, it was informed me at enquiry counter that, train has been left the station.
                        While, actual arrival and departure time of train at my boarding station is 10:07pm and 10:17pm respectively. My ers booking reference is attached here for your reference.
                        Hence, i am demanding my full refund of ticket fare as well as compensation against my physical and mental harassment.

                          I am a first class pasa holder and one day i boardes into the general mst ladies coach as i was late and the train was about to leave. Although there were empty seats the ladies their did not allow me to sit.
                          We i asked y so they said we are pass holders and the seat is fixed for us. And one of our colleague will be boarding now so she needa this seat. I was like what is this even though the seats were empt these ladies didnt allow me to sit and i reached my destination standing.

                            We have book ticket for raigarh to bilaspur on 21.05.19 pnr no [protected] for catch train durg nizamuddin hum safar from bilaspur. But train late around 2.30 hours. So, not chance to catch the train and i have losss money and valuable time due to train late. Also not option available for file tdr.                               Pnr number is [protected], my mother named lalita agarwal was travelling from jaipur to ahmedabad in ashram express. One person snatched the gold chain that she was wearing from the window when train just started.
                              Chain snatcher also pushed a lady on platform who might have got hurt due to this.
                              This is a serious safety issue and should be looked upon by railway authorities on priority.

                                I was travelling in ajmer maysur train from vapi to vasai dated[protected] at 9:00 PM.my wallet stolen at vapi in train.my wallet contains my original aadhar card my original driving licence, 1200 rupees, 1 memory card, my train ticket, 1 SBI debit card, 1 ICICI bank debit card, railway smart card, my photos.my wallet coloured brown and black.i found out at vapi station in train that i lost my wallet. I checked around no clue of wallet. So its stolen when I'm getting in train.

                                  On 20.05.19 at 3.14 p.m. I went to Bamangachhi railway station's sole ticket counter and I paid by coins to which the staff misbehaved and threatened me that he would identify me in future and would give me a good lesson. I asked him the reason to which he hurled abusive languages. I am astonished and such behaviour caused trauma. Please take steps

                                    I am travelling from jalgon to dadar in hawarh mail (12810) in three tire ac. Ticket collector of hawarh mail (12810) reached today morning at cst of three tire ac named m. M. Sayyad has taken money from peoples to allow travel them on waiting tickeckets. This cause lot of trouble to other passenger who had confirmed tickets. These peoples were very arogant to uskindly take action against ticket collector

                                      Narayan magaji, aged about 38, looks little short wearing green t shirt, mentall not so fit but can talk kannada, cannot read and write, missing while traveling alone from gadag to bagalkot train.
                                      It has been suspected that he would have wrongly entered in the train towards bengaluru or other trains.

                                      There is an agent in Gandhinagar Gujarat, who charged double rate for railway ticket and i after i know that he is not irctc authorized agent. i have to file complaint against him. Can anybody help me that what i have to do? Thank you
