I dont understand how stupid a person can be. I was waiting for prasanti express at bangalore cantt railway station on 20th december 2018 and it arrived an hour late. And my coach b4 stopped at the very beginning of the platform. My boy friend was dropping me off and the train started just after 2 minutes halts and luckily we both got into a1 compartment and b4 was the next coach attached to it. He helped me settled and thats when the train stopped just few meters away from the platform and i suggested him why dont u get down as the next stop is yellahanka and it will be far for you. He got down and thats when the rpf police were checking to see who pulled the chain and they thought he was the one who got down so he must be the one who pulled it. I really feel the utmost disrespect towards these so called rpf’s who cant even determine whose fault was that. Chandra sekhar and ali abbas were the those stupid and fools who call themselves rpf. These people have caught a person who was not in the fault and are demanding money from him. I[censored] wanted money that bad then you should have told it from the start why frame a fake stunt and make the people fear. I have lost all the respect towards rpf starting from today. How low can they get? They havent even investigated as to who pulled the chain and all and yet they caught the one person who got down because the train stopped.

    Sir, I am student of mtech. i was travelling alone from pune to Habibganj for my mtech exam in ladies coach from Jhelum express started from pune station at around 5:15 PM on 5 /12/ 2018. In midnight date 6 /12/2018 somembody has stolen my laptop bag between khandwa junction to mandideep. In bag i kept one Dell Laptop, samsung mobile phone, powerbank, purse with pan card, aadhar card, driving licencse, ATM cards, 3000 cash, ticket, headphones, and other important documents. all around 70000. i have filed FIR on Habibganj station with bill of devices but till now not get any response. In that bag my very imp documents i kept please help me..

      Dear sir,
      I am a office employee from jorhat, many o[censored]s use to travel by train to duliajan regularly, the train starts at correct time but at mariani junction it stops more than 1. Half hour, as the departure tym is 6.19, on asking the management says due to the express train been late they should be given first preffer, we are employee and we should not get late, it is your negligence we come on time. Plz give us first preference boz we have to reach office as the express passenger travels on vacation

          Sir,
          There are 72 seats in our railway coaches. Water reserve in coach toilets is also for 72 passengers but because of your waiting list policy 100 to 150 passenger travel in same coach. Then how water of toilets is sufficient to extra people. One side we are trying to make india clean. And other side this is a big issue who defeat our swcch bharat plan.
          Please do some thing for this.
          For railway's profit don't play with our health and life. Please stop this waiting list journey policy. Don't issue maximum waiting ticket which are 0 percent chance to be conferm. On railway ticket window

              For your information train no 59722 and 59721 train running late regularly from last six months. All of the passenger infected of this problem so request you to please help passenger.
              Please check last one year train running status of 59722 and 59721 you got all these train running regularly late.
              These train stay one station 1 hour for crossing and thursday, sunday start from jaipur late 2 to 3 hours. What's of the problem no one to say.

                  i am a responsible person of your country. I have a complaint against my parcel.Sir, i have book my parcel from ludhiyana to ratlam whose builti number is-193402 which was loaded on 1/12/2018 on train 12472 katra to bandra terminus(jammu tavi) whose coach no is-63683 which has not got till today 12/12/2018 and we have also complaint to ratlam parcel office and (cps) officer and they have also tried their best but they could'nt found the parcel.

                      Sir my name is sonu shah and i am in mahananda exp. No 15484 in coach s6 at seat no 31. Train was started from its originating station delhi and still toilet is not clean. I am traveling with family with children, i wanna go toilet for fresh but there is no water so how can i use toilet tell me. Why so. If someone complain, it should be in between bt i have to complain from bigning place it is very bad. I requeste plz take action and just clean toilets and fill water.😡

                        Poor maintenance of coaches even in two tier coaches there is no cleaning of toilets from entire journey, especially from nzm station. Poor pest control and rodents damaging our bags. Even the capital of india that nizamuddin railway station is so worst as per compared to the all stations in south central railway, platforms are rough and not able to take trolley bags

                          I'm very worried to say that i couldn't be appeared in the rrb exam only because of railway wrong notification.
                          My exam was to be taken on 5th december, 2018. Therefore i had booked train ticket according that date but i got the message on my registered mobile no by rrb on 2nd dec 2018..in which, there was mentioned my exam is scheduled on 6th dec., 2018.
                          Following this message i cancelled my train ticket... After few hours i got one message..in which it was written "ignore above message..."

                            My name is sameer khairnar. I am currently travelling from thane to nashik road in nandigram express. My pnr number is [protected]. I am quite surprised to see that there is no tc in my coach, but tc has visited sleeper coach but i saw tc visiting the ac coaches. What’s the purpose of reservation if we as common citizens of india are still facing such an issue. I am finding myself helpless as i am unaware whether the concerned person is travelling alone or in a group. I am supposed to occupy side lower berth, and there are in total 4 people including me who have occupied the seats. These seats are ideally supposed to be occupied by only 2 people. I would request the concerned authority to take severe action against such happenings taking place regularly in this system.
                            I wanted to attach a few photos which i was able to click without the concerned passengers getting noticed, but due to high memory the server is not allowing that to be done.
                            Expecting a positive response.

                              Sir I Am Mukesh Kumar from. Some days before i was booked my bullet bike From Gorakhpur to Alipurduar Junction. By Railway Parcel Facility.. On 20/11/2018.
                              By Kaviguru Kamakhya Express(19709).But some carelessness of Railway Parcel Department Employees it was did not picked up in this train for it destination. I did many complain to employees but they didn't listen. After three days on 24/11/2018 they Picked up my parcel In another train thats no. Is (12408). 12 days paased but my parcel is not reached its destination.. Please sir Find my bike..

                                I traveling to patna in 12488 seemanchal express pnr no [protected] coach s8-68, 69 & 71. This compartment charging sockets is not working. I lodged complaint to attender. The electrician cheked, he says no spare sockets are available with me. He knows the socket was faulty earlier. But not repaired anyone. Please solve the issue immediately. I shall be highly obliged.

                                  We travelled in s1 coach in train no. 12617 on 04 dec 2018, s1 33, 36. Panvel to nizamuddin.
                                  Pnr [protected]. Whole night sales men particularly tea vendors were shouting and dis turning us whole night, would come every 3 min.
                                  We deserve peace at night. We are sr citizens and suffer from lack of sleep normally also difficult to get sleep, we were disturbed every 3 min, they shout whole night, i had big quarrel at 3 am with a tea vendor who would disturbe us every 3 min, there was huge fight, could have resulted in big problems, next day i had some important work at delhi, office, my health was bad due to no sleep, also too many beggars, they also steal, tt were not visible whole 24 hrs, they get hafta from vendors, pl act and make rule - no salesmen from 22 hrs to 07 hrs.

                                    The unreserved ticketing system requires a print out for travelling if location based booking is not enabled.
                                    Why do we need to print a ticket and waste further money on kiosks as well as paper?
                                    Definitely not a case for digital india.
                                    More over the printing kiosks are most of the time are in error state or under maintenance resulting in waste of money and time for the traveler.
                                    Please introduce paper less travels for all mode of booking.

                                      I am very surprised to see the reason to repudiate tdr. Train was late more than three hours. Immediately i booked ticket in train no. 12277 (Shatabdi express) pnr no. [protected], seat no. 66, 67 & travelled with my wife from howrah to bhubneswar by shatabdi express. I also filed tdr after sitting in shatabdi.
                                      Please check & enquire from the ticket checker, such type of ticket checker is creating bad image of indian railway.
                                      I have also sent emails two, three times to [protected]@irctc.co.in but till date i have not received any reply. Please check & arrange to refund my amount. Regards, peeyush dutt
