    I was travelling from vashi (Navi mumbai) to csmt by 6.47pm - 7.37pm on 14.11.2018. I kept my office bag on carriage bench on top of seat. I forgot to pick up while alightning at csmt. The train then went to andheri.

    Bag is embosed with "wiki", black in colour. It contains empty tiffin box, 2 pen drives & spectacles.

      I have been travelling in indian railways for an year or so. But recently just due to non renewal of my season ticket, i have stop coming in train.
      It is clearly mentioned that season ticket can be generated 24 hours a day, but
      Whenever i go for renewal they deny by saying they cannot do it. Specificaly in
      1. Cantonment railway station
      2. Ksr bengaluru station
      3. Tumkur station
      Please instruct your employees to treat us good and also issue ticket.

        Indian railways — cockroaches and insects in 3 ac compartments and bed bugs in the seats

        Hi sir/madam,

        I am travelling with my family in 3 ac in train no 12652 (Delhi - madurai).
        Nizamuddin madurai express

        The time i stepped inside the compartment i could see cockroaches everywhere
        The 3ac compartment is extremely in a bad condition and very old and lots of bed bugs in the seats.

        The worst thing of all is cockroaches and insects in the 3 ac compartment which are creating lot of problem. We were bitten by cockroaches and are suffering from wounds now. Its hardly haf an hour now and this is our comdition.

        Inspite of paying huge amount for the ac travel we are getting facilities and above that we have to deal with insects.

        Pathetic is the feeling which we are getting now. Very poor condition.

        Is the indian railways thinking that whatever may be the situation indians will travel in railways under any circumstances and with all the dirty maintenance.?

        Please look into this for the good of the public.

          Most of the time the ticket issuing clerk does not turn up and the ticket issuing room is in locked condition most of the time at nathapettai (Near kancheepuram, tamil nadu) railway station.

          Everyday about 10 to 15 people board the train at nathapettai (Near kancheepuram, tamil nadu) railway station in each of the 4 train that halt at nathapettai in the thirumalpur - madras beach route. But mostly all of them travel without ticket as the ticket issuing clerk never turns up.

          Even on the day the clerk comes, he enters the station just 5 mts before the arrival of the train.

          I feel ashamed to travel without ticket and i have reported this matter to the ttrs at chengalpet and nungambakkam stations. But the problem remains as it is.

          All we need is someone to issue the tickets at nathapettai station well before the arrival of trains at that station.

          I have traveled in holiday special 09023 on 10 nov 2018 from vapi to indore the bedsheets which I received in packet in 3 AC was very dirty I told attendant to replace it but he didn't has stock

            Sir/madam,
            Im resident of rajasthan and working in central govt. Office in trivandrum. Today 14 nov 2018 at trivandrum central railway station evening 4:30 pm i had to enter without platform ticket at railway station. It was a extream urgency. I tried to purchase platform ticket. Requested other people who standing in queue but because of language barrier no one understood even i showed them my frnd whose hands were fractured.. I tried to explain ticket checking officer but she was doing her job.. But i didn't pay cause she didn't give any fine slip. I asked for fine slip she told me to wait but i can't wait i got only 15 min from office to drop my frnd at railway station. What further action i should take...

              Train no-12905 howrah porbandar exp started from rajkot on 1st november, 2018 is completely dirty and there is so much crowd in the train those who have their confirm seats even they cannot seat comfortably because of waiting list travellers.

                  I travelled in train no.12302 in ac-2 hawarh rajdhani exp from new delhi junction to allahbad my pnr no. Is [protected] on 12/11/12018 in 2-ac during this journey helper not provide me and other passenger a hand napkin during journey i asked many time for it but he replied that there are no napkin and use pillow cover. If i paid to much for the facility to the railway so why railway didnt provide better service.

                    I was travelling in the 12982 train yesterday and i've lost my spectacles during the journey which i came to know of after debaoarding. My coach number was s3 and my seat number was 22. It was a grey coloured box of titan spectacles and inside it was a pink framed titan eye glasses.                       On 5 the nov, 2018 i visited railway ticket reservation counter of hazrat nizamuddin railway station. There i told them to book my ticket and payment mode will be by bhim upi. The issue is that the transaction from side get completed but there on computer at reservation counter shows transaction timeout and pnr not generated. They told me that i will receive the refund in next 72 hrs. But after being waiting for 3-4 days not getting the refund, i complaint in bhim upi regarding this, but they are also not responding with anything. I have the transaction id with me and the complaint no. Also that i filed in bhim upi. Please look into the matter.

                        I wanted to understand the basis of defining the parking charges in railway stations. When i tried to compare the parking fees in secundrabad railways station with any other parking facility it at least 200 % higher. They are charging a sum of rupees 120 for bike for 12 hours. They have openly displayed the price charts, but these prices are more than railway ticket prices if you travel for 12 hours in general.

                          I m traveling in a passenger train (55514) frm dbg to spj. I m a regular passenger of this train.. The train is about 1:45 delay till now and it's usual for us coz this train never runs on time. It's very frustrating for all o[censored]s and makes a negative image of the indian railways all the time we traveled in the train... I just want to ask a simple question, is there any time of the train..? If yes, then why the train always runs late.. Why does the system fail to follow the time all the time...?? Is railway have any responsibility for the passengers..?? I hope, i will got answers of all the questions running in my mind..

                          My mother is traveling in train no- 07010. Coach no- AC 3 TIER, B2- 33 LOWER BIRTH RANCGI TO SECUNDERABAD.
                          1. More than 100 rat in AC 3 TIER COACH damage our luggage.
                          2. This train is almost running late by more than 4 hr from Ranchi station.
                          Request to Indian railway to solve the problem ASAP...
                          Train no. 15045 date 8/11/18, S8 toilets are very dirty and bad condition. Cleaning not done.
                          Am Genuine user for User ID arvkuku and my account has got suspended by error..

                          I have kept user id as arvkuku because same is my organizational login id which is easy to remember..

                          No proper guidance coming from [protected]@irctc.co.in to get activate user id arvkuku.

                            We are travelling from yoga express, from haridwar to ahmedabad on 11th n 12th november 2018, n our one ticket is confirmed n 3 are waiting, from delhi our waiting seats are available but t. C who have came from delhi did not give our seats, n he sold out our seat to other person n he standing up from our seats at midnight n he has done misbehaviour with ladies also, kindly try to resolve our problem, because we also have paid money for our seats it is not ethical to sell waiting seats to another person n collect money for their own interest

                              I am essay surender i have travelling in train no. 16340 on date 12.11.2018 i have given the tickets to check after checking my tickets he was talking rubish with me i will cacelled your ticket and i dont mark your entry and he was so rude with me and telling that i wont travel you in this train you dont bow who am i and etc my tickets was reserved in S6 55 seat no.

                                For pnr no. [protected], travel date 24.09.2018 and train 18238, passengers didnt travel as train was late more than 8 hours. I filed the tdr and after 1.5 months it was informed that passengers travelled and my refund was not processed.

                                Is there no process to stop such corruption in indian railways. That tt might have allotted the berths to someone else and marked the passengers as travelled or may be at some other level corruption has taken place.

                                Kindly look into the matter so that such corrupt practices may be stopped.

                                  The ticket checker is allowing passengers without confirmed seat in 2ac who are occupying the seats of confirmed passengers

                                  This is creating disturbance to the passengers, including senior citizens traveling in a2. Temporary tickets are being randomly issued to various people who are coming and sitting in the coach without any permisions

                                  Even after pointing out to the ticket checker regarding our inconvenience and uncommfortability there is no resolution to it and its been simply ignored.

                                  Its a serious security issue too for the passengers

                                    Due to too many peoples in the train some part of my reserved seat is occupied by some unknown person because of that i have to face inconvenience throughout the journey and my whole body is in pain now....

                                    I have booked tickets from to sarai rohilla delhi to jammu tawi for my family..

                                    Booked ticket for my father & mother ageing 64 & 63 respectively

                                    I also booked ticket for my mentally challenged brother..

                                    My 1 year old son also travelling with my parents to jammu from delhi (Infant details also added).. While booking opted for lower birth, surprisingly in return got upper berth for all 3 reservations.. How can a senior citizen manage infant from upper births.. Request to kindly allocate the lower berth

                                      Train no 15630 dt 09.11.18 from guwahati to vishatapatnam. Senior citizen. B1 birth no. 1 and 4. Train departure time 3.15 pm train arrived next day 12.30 am. Coach gate closed upto 2.30 pm. Why coach gate not open for 2 hrs inspite of train late for 10 hrs. Mosquitos is hooking blood of my father and mother in this late night. They are standing in the platform. Is we north east people are made or backward class. Modiji is starting bullet train but not able to fulfill the basic train facilities for north east train. Pls take action agaist the officer who are resposible and also return the fare otherwise we dont think bjp govt will next time come in power. We will reflect this issue in local media.
