My dad, mr. Phool singh and mom, smt. Jaishree singh was travelling by nauchandi express, 14512, coach ha1, seat no. 9, 10 with pnr no. [protected]. They boarded the train from meerut city and going to lucknow.in the night around 2 am, my father mr. Phool singh goes missing. We searched a lot, but we were not able to find him. He is 75 years old and having 165 cm height with dark complexion. He is suffering with amenesia disease. He may stepped down to stations of enroute to train 14512 and might be on station itself. Please help us. Please inform all intermediate and main stations from bareilly to lucknow. We also put complaint on lucknow railway station about his missing. Please help us.

    I am supposed to travel from vijayawada to hubb allu on 08.11.18 and i have confirmed ticket from vijayawada with
    Pnr:[protected], trn:17225, doj:08-11-18, sl, bza-ubl, dp:19:45,
    Ramprasad b, s7 56,
    Fare:365. This rail travel is insured
    Unfortunately i missed the train at vijayawada and by other transportation i catched the train at giddalur. But the ticket collector not allowed me to travel in the coach and rudely told to go to general coach. I requested him to give any other berth but he scolded rudely.
    I want complain against the tc (Rajalingappa he told) and i need to confirm that whether can't i travel in sleeper coach with my confirmed ticket?

        Please help recover 2 phones which have been stolen from s6 coach of karnataka express 12628. What should be done in this case kindly reply quickly.

        I am writing this on behalf of my mother as she doesn't know what to do.
        The train is still on its way to bangalore from delhi. Should i inform to tt or railway police force about it and where to lodge an fir for it.

          I am travelling in 04042 (Anvt to jayanagar ac special) along with my younger brother. My younger brother is suffering from dengue. Due to rush in train in diwali festival, we were not able to make our ticket from counter. As we asked to tte about ticket he asked for ₹2000, just for a seat. When i told him about my patient brother. He was completely denied and told us to deboard from train at next station if we will not pay to him. Finally he gave me only one receipt of penalty and for others, he didn't give me.
          As he was talking very arrogantly and warned me to call grp / rpf to arrest us without having ticket. Finally he gave only one receipt after many requests.
          I want justice and he insulted us infront of people just because i was not giving him bribe.

            unwanted charge demand in vehicle parking in hatia railway station

            Dear sir,

            Often we have to travel for some days in train.

            So we have to park our vehicle (2 wheeler) in railway station.

            In ranchi jn, parking charge for 24 hours for 2 wheeler is only rs.35.00

            Rate are mentioned on the board in parking area also.

            But when we want to park in hatia station (Only within 10 km from ranchi station), rs. 60.00 will demand for 24 hours....

            Dear sir,
            I was traveling with my sister from durgapura to sawai madhopur. I had reserved seats no. 4 and 5 in s1. Some of the passengers had a lot of luggage and had put these near our seats, and we were unable to sit properly. When we asked the other passenger to remove there luggage they denied. So, we asked ticket collector to request them but instead of asking them, he was favouring them and asked us to adjust and in a very rude manner.
            I request you to teach him how to talk properly with passengers.
            And also he had given many none reservation passengers seats out of some monetary benefits that he took instead of penalties.
            Hope that we do not experience this next time.

              Hi team,

              I am travelling in train 12709 from nellore to hyderabad.
              The bill collector is providing seats to people having general tickets by taking money and by recommendation of other people.
              We booked reservation and we sat in rac seats but he allowed to seat people who having general tickets.

              Then it is no use of reservation, we are facing troubles.

Now we are going to reach guntakal jnt station. We are facing problems to charge our mobile. For this we are wondering here and there. Please send the maintenance team as soon as it is possible.

                    मै अजिंक्य ठाकरे चंन्द्रपूर महाराष्ट्र दि.02/11/2018 को ट्रेन नं.18029 से जनरल तिकट क्र ufc[protected] तिकट किराया215/-₹ दिया ओर गाडी छुटने से पहले टिटि से संपर्क किया कि मेरे.मित्र स्लिपर कोच एस-13 मे है मुझे अतिरिक्त किराया लेकर स्लिपर का तिकट मांगा तो मुझे अतिरिक्त किराया 200/-₹ और मेरे पास कोई सामान न ही रहने के बाद बेमतलब 250 सामान भाडा लिया गया जिसका रसिद नंः a 693282 है जब मेरे पास सामान नही था तो 250/-₹ क्यो लिया गया उचित कार्यवाही हेतु शिकायत है अजिंक्य ठाकरे चंद्रपुर.

                      Respected sir/madam
                      I booked my parcel/luggage at ald (Allahabad) on 30/10/2018 for deos (Deoria). Item was loaded in kashi express (Train no.15017) on 31/10/2018 in morning. Journey between allahabad and deoria is only 8 hours but still after 4 days my luggage (Sofa set) is not delivered. I approached deoria sadar railway parcel office thrice but they are not giving any satisfying answer. Deoria sadar railway parcel office is not cooperating. Plz solve my problem.

                        Fare of duronto from bangalore to howrah shown (Sleeper class) as from rs.1100 to 1496/- (Max.) in indian railway site on line, but counter has charged rs.4500/- (Mentioned in ticket) for 3 adult passengers (Pnr-[protected]). How it is possible? I dont know the dynamic fare. What is this? Counter always asking that whether you will take food or not, why this is? It is everybody knows that food is always included with the fare of rajdhani, duronto, satabdhi.

                          bed bugs in 2 ac coach - train no 12837

                          Hi, last night i was travelling from howrah to bhubaneswar in howrah puri superfast express. Train number is 12837. There were lot of bed bugs in my seat and i could not sleep whole night due to this. How the hell are you guys taking care of indian railways. Everytime i travel in a night journey train, either some guard/railway police guy is molesting some girl or i am seeing bed bugs. At least if you are getting salary, do some good work...

                          My Co brother & sister in law travelled from Chennai Egmore to Rajmundry
                          by Circar express on 25/10/18 in Second AC ( coach no A1)
                          The bags kept under the seat were bitten by rats in the compartment and had to throw away the bags and all food items they carried

                          The compartment also looked very old and it did not look like secod AC compartment

                          As we were on tour to Andhra Pradesh and as my sister in law won't take food out side, she had to struggle without solid food and had to survive only on fruits and juice & milk till we returned on 29/10/18 by Puri Chennai express

                          We need only a letter from railways that the coaches will be maintained well without any kind of insects

                            Seeking immediate and appropriate action against theft of my iphone when i was travelling from coimbatore - bengaluru in 16528 train on 30th oct 2018. I boarded train from coimbatore on 30th oct 2018 @11.25pm and after train reached erode, i couldn't find my iphone (Golden color, iphone 6). I had put my phone on charge and couldn't find it fraction of seconds. I lodged complaint with ttr in the same train (Mr. Gautam prasad). On request he issued fir: 008584 and i was advised to lodge complaint through online portal and notify southern railways egmore

                              I had travelled on the 5th of october from bilaspur to howrah pnr # [protected] (1ac) by duronto express which was scheduled to arrive howrah at 19:50 hours ist post which i was scheduled to travel by padatik express (1ac) from sealdah at 23:20 hours ist vide pnr # [protected]. Duronto express was late on 5th of october by 3 hours 10 minutes and arrived howrah only at 23:00 hours owing to which none o[censored]s could travel from sealdah to njp. I filed for a tdr but it was repudiated by zonal railways sealdah division. I am not sure who to blame here if one of the trains of indian railways was late owing to which i missed the other train. Obviously, this cannot be attributed to the passenger since i booked thinking duronto is a premium train and is always on time and had kept a gap of three hours for the next train. If i am travelling by first ac on a premium train and that train is delayed i am sure indian railways needs to do soul searching in these cases. I had to book a flight next morning and fly to bagdogra due to the delay of a "premium" train. I am only looking for a refund of the journey not started from sealdah by padatik express.

                                Travelling in 12308 jodhpur express on 31st october in ab1 one of worst cleanness seen in recent days. Toilets smelling like public toilets. All materials floating up. No one there to clean attender just speaking rudely what we can do nor i can call cleaning staff nor can do anything. Progess has stopped previous days back in more worst condition. Railways coming up but seeing condition of 12308 it's very 😔
                                Hope some thing will happen

                                  I have been travelling since a long time through indian rail but i must say its a worst ever transportation service. It takes a huge delay in arrival.
                                  Sometimes they stop the trains on not mentioned junctions. If any junction is out of stoppage then why do they stop the trains there.
                                  And if train is already late then what's the requirement to stop itbon outer. Are those junction. No.. I am pissed off

                                    Train # 08574 / tpty vskp spl date of journay # 30-oct-2018 ; is late by 4 hours
                                    There is no explanation given on why the trains has been late or still running late
                                    This has been the status for a quite a while with no one knowing why the train is runnign late neither the ticket collecter or the station master

                                    The one reason thing they say that special trains are always late is this the right reason? If this is the reason why is not clearly mentioned or informed while booking ticket?

                                    This has been the status for a quite a while with no one knowing why the train is running late neither the Ticket Collecter or the Station Master. NO announcements being on why the delay there is a delay.

                                    Are special train are expected to run late ???   If Yes, why is not clearly mentioned or informed while booking ticket ???

                                    Request to compensate the transaction ticket amount  as there is no information on why the train is late (or)  running late; as it leading to waste of  precious time for public and government. [ As Railway charges for late cancellation and transaction charges of tickets why not they compensate on tickets charges for delays.]
