I am traveling in doon express 13010 from varanasi to howrah the train which was supposed to reach at 16:05 reached at 00:55 night which was almost 9 hours late. This is mamta.. Reside at dombivli east.. My complaint is against your railway staff at dombivali east for not accepting 100 rs note for tickets and insult the passengers badly except 1st class passengers.

Kindly noted that 96%of our railway revenue is generated from 2nd class passengers

I was booked a ticket on dated 16.08.18 for a journey on 21.10.18 from bhatapara to howrah in train no 12809 along with my 15 months baby.
But the ticket was not confirmed and as the counter became close hence i am not getting any refund against my pnr no.[protected].
