Mostly all the day time super-fast trains are running late every day from 30minutes to 1-hour or sometimes up to 2hours in Chennai to Coimbatore and Chennai route.

I remember the Kovai Express was running with sharp timings from 1982 to 1992. It was taking only 6hours to reach Chennai to Coimbatore and from Coimbatore to Chennai with the stoppage of 6station and later on the stopping are increased and now the train running hours is 7:30 if it runs on time. Every day the trains are running with the delay and we did not see any serious actions taken to correct this system.

It means, the railways will not keep up the time and there is absolutely no discipline.

At this juncture, the Railways introduced the new super fast train Vande Bhart recently and I am sure that this train is will also running with the delayed running hours to reach the destination.

Railways should take the call that if any train is getting delayed more than 30 minutes running time then refund amount of 25% on the ticket charges will be paid to the passenger as a compensation in the counters, if they produce the ticket sms. This is one type of penalization for railways. If they implement this successfully, then I hope all the trains will run on time in India.

    My self arvind Singh Rana I am belongs from gwalior mp. On 16 apr 2023 when I was traveling from uttrakhand to nizamuddin towards gwalior waiting on station for next train at about 12:30 one two persons snatching my mobile phone and run away from the station and with in 30 minutes he stolen my bank account money 60000 rs then I was raised complaint at nizamuddin railway station.
    Kindly request catch the thefts and return my money as soon as possible bcz it's my family medical expenses money

      Fan not working in my compartment

      Sir, i was travelling from palakkad junction to bangarapet railway station in ERS-SMVT BENGALURU EXPRESS(12683) on 9-april-2023, respected sir, despite being in summer season and in my city(palakkad) it is very hot (38°C), the middle fan is not working in my compartment S8 seat no 3, and i informed my problems to TTE she told me to try rotate using a pen to initiate the rotation of the fan, i have already did that still its not working,...

      When i was travelled in the maveli express (train no.16603) with my daughter and 2 year old grand child on 02/04/2023, in the b3 compartment with ticket pnr no.[protected], from quilandi to kochuveli, we were provided used, but unwashed, dirty bed sheets and pillow covers in the compartment. Eventhough i have asked the coach attendant to provide washed, unused sheets, he refused to do so. Then i tried to complaint with tte, but could not do so. After that i was infected with covid 19 virus. I think it was infected from the sheets provided in the compartment.
      Hence i humbly request you to enquire and take necessary action against the authorities concerned and make arrangements to provide washed, unused, cleaned bed sheets in the train compartments in future .

        Why khumbh Express 12369 is running late when we are paying super fast train fare what is the meaning of super fast when it is continue running late almost 8 hours or ten and fourteen hours why we will pay extra for this kind of service in the India railway why you people are not trying to resolve the problem of khumbh Express

            I booked two parcels - with no.s[protected]A bag with household goods) and[protected]A Bajaj dominar 400 motorcycle) from Lokamanya Tilak Terminus (LTT), Mumbai to Kamakhya (KYQ), Assam on 14/03/2023 . Both the parcels were supposed to be loaded on next day in Karmabhoomi Exp.

            But the parcels were not loaded..now its already almost a week and the parcels are still not loaded. I don't have any contact number in the parcel office and dialing 139 does not pick up. Please help me in getting my parcels back.

                I was traveling from trivandrum to Hazrat nizamudin from rajdhani train 12634 on 17 to 19 mar 2023, at platform 5 I left the train for onward journey to dehradun from New delhi station. At around 12 40 hrs left the train, and start walking towards escalator at platform 5, it was crowded, and someone stole my wallet dark blue and black greyish, from my bag from backside, I found it only when I reached new delhi station when I found the zip of my bag was open . during all other time I was not around any crowed and didnt get my wallet outside from my bag.
                Most probably its only the time of platform no 5 at nizamudin towards escalator around 12 50 hrs on 19 mar 23.
                My wallet contain cash of 2500, my ATM card, PAN card Aadhar card, Driving licence, and most importantly my defense smart canteen and liquor card.
                It is requested that CCTV footage be seen around that time to find the culprit.
                As I was going home from train I didnt get time to file FIR in the police station of Hazrat nizamudin, but I filed online complaint.
                It is requested that if found please return my wallet .

                  As per our PNR, no [protected] sampooran K Exp, we have waiting 7 and 8. And it is still waiting for the last 22 days. In between 22 days no changes.
                  Last week my 3 friends cancelled his confirmed tickets and our waiting is still 7 and 8.
                  How is it possible..?
                  Can you please let me know what is happening with the PNR system.

                    I bought a ticket from Ram mandir to borivali which costs ₹5 from the ticket counter at Ram mandir station but the employee still at the counter denyed to give me ticket just because according to him he didn't have any change for ₹50. Moreover he told me to take change from someone and give it to him or go to another counter which was right next to his, still being a PUBLIC SERVENT he refused to give me any change or ticket unless i give him the change myself. he also scolded me for not having the change and tried to force me to buy ticket of higher price. Thus, this is my sincere request to you to take some actions against such employees who pressure the public to buy higher priced tickets saying they don't have change for the money the public is paying

                      Train no 18048(amravati express). My PNR no is [protected]. I booked my ticket at W/L55 for Vasco da Gama to Shalimar for a date of 16th March(today).after chart prepared my ticket gone to rac and I got a seat in coach S4/71 but TTE at train not confirming my ticket. By the way they confirming the waiting tickets. And after asking he say that both passenger adjust at a seat there is no chance of confirmation.

                        In this express it’s supposed to depart from Ranaghat then it will stop to Sealdah but it going like local train it give stoppage to every station why we pay extra money and I was booked 2s seat in this express but in this coach every day normal ticket person get seated and also crowded full coach so why we paid extra money. It was happened for every express which is bound to go lalgola please resolve this issue

                          Lot of people staying around sarjapur road, silkboard, marathahalli, etc use nagercoil-bangalore express (17235/SMVT - nagercoil express | 17236/nagercoil - SMVT) to commute between various parts of tamil nadu and bangalore. For people staying in this area, CARMELARAM is the best station to get down and reach their home. Also I was seeing lot of people are using this station for commute. After hosur, this train stops only at SMVT which is very far from this areas.

                          Because of not having stop at this station and people will get down at SMVT, it creates unwanted traffic on roads because people have to book cabs and autos to reach their home. People also waste too much of time to reach their home.

                          We request the respective authority to consider people's pain and approve a regular train stop at CARMELARAM RAILWAY STATION for the train 17235/SMVT - nagercoil express | 17236/nagercoil - SMVT express.

                            It has been more than 10 years and there has been no new trains from North Telangana (Sirpur Kagaznagar) to Secunderabad/Hyderabad. Lot of people travel in this way everyday and there are only 3 regular trains that stop at almost all stations. Please add more trains in this route, more reservation coaches. Many people travel through bus as there are no trains

                              This request is for run a highly superfast train between secunderabad and bhubaneswar. currently only Visakaha express is running between two cities. this train also taking 24 hours to reach bhubaneswar, although there are other trains running between this two sities like falknuma exp, konark, eastcoast exp, but these trains are coming from other cities or going to other cities. thats why ticket are not available in these premium trains.
                              As we all know lots of odia people established in Hyderabad from diferent coreners of odisha(bhadrakh, baleswar barhampur, ctc, kendrapara etc). if we put a premium train like samparkkranti exp type between Bhubhaneswar and Hyderabad that will more beneficial for odisha people. this may be extended upto baleswar so that entire odisha will cover by this train. this will not halt at visakhapatnam, instead of vskp it will halt at shimachalam so that train duration time will reduce.
                              Proposal stops are: Baleswar, soro, bhadrakh, jajpur keonjhar road, ctc, bhubaneswar, khurdaroad, kaluparaghat, balugaon, brahmapura, ichapuram, palasa, srikakulam, vizianagaram, simachalam, rajmundry, vijaywada, guntur, secunderabad.
                              Timings: best ime for departure will be afternoon (4-6 pm) from both end.

                                    I am from Gudiyattam, Vellore district. The train no : 16090 jolarpet express timings are delayed day by day . I am a student . I used to go from Gudiyattam to Chennai daily . And not only me many other students are travelling by this train . We face difficulty in reaching to school and college. I request you to resolve our problems as soon as possible.
