In reference to the above subject, i sent a mail everyday to [protected]@irctc.co.in. I even cleared cache, delete the history, closed and open the browser, restarted the system and nothing works. I tried from different locations in usa as well as in canada. There is no proper response from irctc to resolve this issue. If you still have doubt, please check with your friends or relatives living in usa to check the website. Kindly put your influence and help resolve this issue. People like me who plans to book tickets for their vacation will be thankful.

    Train No.57687 from Nizamabad to Kacheguda runs late every day. The departure time is 14.25 but it leaves every day at 15.45 or 16 Hrs. It never starts on time. This is causing big wastage of time to passengers and vendors.
    The train has 2 hours slack time. Hence it reaches kacheguda on time.
    But the passengers and vendors time is hugely wasted because of the uncertain schedule.
    It would be great service if you kindly change the departure time of the train from 14.25 to 16.00 Hrs. So that all the vendors and passengers can catch the train. It will be very helpful to the people of many stations like Kamareddy etc.

      I am writing on this platform for the very first time, to bring to your notice a big loophole in the irctc system.

      I was scheduled to travel with my wife and daughter on a business cum pleasure trip to mumbai from kota under pnr no. [protected], dated 27th july'18, it was a wait listed ticket. Finally when the chart got prepared, only my wife's ticket got confirmed, but myself and my daughter remained wait listed - wl1, wl2.

      As i mentioned above, it was a business trip and i was scheduled for a meeting, so it was the most important for me to reach mumbai. But, for whatever reason, confirmation came only for my wife. Hotel was booked and all other meetings such as school and housing etc were all lined up. Sir, i don't want to write down the amount of ordeal we had to go through.
      What is the logic behind partial ticket confirmation. It's such a logical thing to either you confirm all the tickets issued in one pnr or do not confirm any, is adequate number of seats aren't available. Rather allot that one seat to such pnr, wherein only one passenger is travelling. Your staff says, it's computerized. But i am sure that you understand the computers do not have their own intelligence. Machines only follow the programmed instructions.
      On the top of it, the height of irrational, torturous practices of indian railways, was when next day when my wife rajni sharma called up, she was told that although the two passengers were wait listed, no refund will be paid as we failed to file a tdr and the deadline of filing the tdr has lapsed. Are you people in your full senses??? How do you expect a person to leave all his travel plan, after an last minute news from irctc, and start focusing on filing the tdr. Wait listed lockers are not at all allowed to travel. The refund needs to come by default. You can check from your own records that passenger 2: surinder suman and passenger 3: abhilasha sharma suman, did not travel at all. You can refer to the record sheet of your tte in that train. You took the money for providing travel service, which you failed to provide citing seat unavailability. Now refund needs to either at its own or i will file the tdr in a reasonable amount of time. You cannot expect a passenger to leave everything aside and stand in the que to file tdr there and then. Rather he would be looking at some alternate arrangement to travel after being ditched by railwys at 11th hour. Request you to allow me file tdr and refund the amount of two wait listed tickets.

      Also, may i please request you to please issue some direction to immediately discontinue this ridiculous practice/system of partial confirmation for passengers in one pnr. We don't go out with all mohalla on a journey in one pnr. Normally, one pnr will have a family, or two office colleagues or two friends. By what imagination, somebody finds it logical to confirm one passenger and leave the other, in the same ticket. Disgusting is the only word which comes in mind.
      I am sure, no it programme is so helpless that such petty, but very logical problem, can't be resolved. Hope, you will ask the officers concerned to look into this and resolve.
      I will be, very hopefully, looking for a reply and a solution.

        I have booked two special train tickets for senior citizens without availing the senior citizen concession. However train is delayed more than 9 hours, no proper information. Train number: 07092 - [protected] - 28 jul 2018 - varanasi to secunderabad
        [protected] - 28 jul 2018 - varanasi to secunderabad

        1) boarding point @ varanasi - delay by 5 hours - displayed on the board as 7:10 am, but arrival on platform 1 - reached @6:10 am on platform 2.
        2) and also in the internet train running status always showed wrong, when the train in nagpur, it is showing still take 1 hour time to reach nagpur.
        3) same thing @ ramagundam.
        4) no proper food, bathrooms are not cleaned.
        All together charged as special train amount, what is the use of the giving that much amount.
        Two female seniors are travelled, they struggled lot.
        Now how to take revenge on indian railway?

        According to me Indian railways not give sleeper class.
        Because I have traveling AP sampark kranti (12707) no one railway staf here to see the situation of passenger. I am traveling in sleeper class but many people without ticket or rush of the people no any RPF STAFF here clear rush.

          I had booked a ticket from allahabad to secunderabad 28/07/2018 with pnr no. [protected] 3ac the train was delayed by 6 hrs and there was not information provided although it delayed from originating station at least they should provide the information that the train is delayed i need a compensation for this service. I had to wait at station platform from 3. Am to 10.30 am without sleep all my family ladies and child were waiting without sleep. We had to board another train from secunderabad but i think even we will miss that also as now it has delayed by 10 hrs

            Subject - water leakage and drain blockage.
            I, seema from house no 330 b b block railway colony amritsar wants to bring to your kind notice that health inspector mr. Kalsi and inspector of work (Iow) mr suraj, b block are not taking any serious action regarding my complaint even daily i went there to register my complaint and they are not taking my complaint. They only says that they will send the staff but nobody is coming since last two month's. And even when i call them either they don't pick up the call nd most of the time there cug no is switched off. The sewage water is coming in my kitchen as well as my rooms and daily i have to clean it up so many times. Due to the sevage water there is a foul smell everywhere in the house and due to the breeding of mosquitos there is a problem related to health. Beside this problem undernoted work is also to be done in the house.
            1. The water is not coming in washroom.
            2. Hinge of the iron door is broken and the welding staff is not coming to weld it.
            3. Flooring of veranda is also broken up.
            4. Number of taps are to be changed in the house.
            5. One wooden door is to be changed.
            6. Some meson works is to be done in the house.
            7. Due to the very bad condition of washroom as well as bathroom tiles is to be provided in the washroom as well as bathroom.
            8. Due to the leakage of drainage water and the water is stored at the seeps of wall nd walls maybe fall down at any time and due to this pilferage may be occured at any time.
            So, it is requested that the above mentioned problems to be resolved immediately.

            I am currently in train 12150 boarded at Jabalpur railway station. Attendant is rude as he is forcing me to use a used blanket. This is shameful on part of Indian railways as i have paid a full fee but still do not get the facility.
            Please let me know if this can be managed or i am expecting too much after paying 4k for some 980 kilometres.
            I booked my important material at parcel & luggage office on 21/7/2018
            But I didn't get it
            Indian railway officers said that there is no bilti is made
            And they get 250 rs extra except luggage fare to loading my material in luggage coach
            Material cost is 15000 rs
            Indian railways is very corrupted

            Please help me how I will get my material

              I am regularly travel by train but get every time train delay, if train reach nearest (1 km to go station) station then stop here a many time * (I was travelled 2 days before from aligarh jn to new delhi, then this train already delay by 4 hours and stop more than one hour at tilak bridge (Whose distance is 2km only). Sapt kranti superfast (Train number 12558) everyday delay from anand vihar by hoti 12 hours. Therefore request you to please resolve this problem to save time for who is busy and they having time is important.

                Hi sir,

                My compliant is i booked the ticket from raichur to bangalore for 3 persons and it is confirmed so i have cancelled the ticket but i haven't received full amount. It is good rules if the ticket is confirmed and we cancel the journey then amount will deduct means it means ok... It is confirmed by railway dept so we cancel the ticket.

                And more i have not taken platform ticket but i have pnr mticket which i have booked the ticket for my parents, just i came to send off to them.

                They take fine but 310 rs very high... And very worst worst worst worst rules

                  I have booked a ticket at 16.18 hrs. From my irctc account [protected]@yahoo.com having pnr no [protected] selecting options that book, only if 2 lower births are allotted because there are two female of age 58 and 75 (Patient) are traveler. After making the payment i become puzzled seeing that 2 middle berths and 2 upper berths has allotted to us.
                  It is not possible to travel by ub or mb for a patient and knowing that i have to cancel the above ticket, once more i have booked the ticket at 16.27 hrs. Having pnr no [protected] with the same option book, only if 2 lower births are allotted. After making the payment i have seen that two upper berths and 2 side upper berths is allotted to us.
                  I want to know why irctc provides the ticket after giving the option of lower birth. I have to book once more ticket to make the journey after cancelling both tickets as mentioned above and obviously irctc will deduct the cancellation charges as per rule but am i responsible for that?
                  Since it is the fault of irctc, they have to provide two lower berths in one ticket and have to give full refund on other ticket without any deduction of cancellation charges. Irctc is simply cheating to the passengers.

                    I was travellining on train no 12334 bibhuti express from chittaranjan to howrah station on 25/07/18 in general compartment which was front side. But i did not find water not even a single tap inside the bathroom or outside causing a great uneasiness and also fowl smell. However i had to manage to have toilet among those circumstances. So i would request you to look into this matter because it had been many times occured in different trains especially in general compartment of super fast train

                      Sir / madam,

                      Today almost 20 peoples are injured and 7 are dead in st thomas mount train accident.

                      Problem is due to overcrowded train operated in narrow space near by track.

                      Railway department needs to take ownership because,

                      1) how they run overcrowded train in narrow space track. Why the driver not stopped the train??? Because many passengers are already dead in that area??? Please suspend the driver

                      2) today morning train services are affected in that area due to electric cable was broken due to poor quality of service and not maintaining properly and replacing the cables on regular intervals

                      Will they suspend the officials related to this incidents???

                      Railway department will have time to loot money from passengers by running special trains during festival and weekends but they don't worry about the quality of service and passenger's safety

                      Please take proper investigation and address this issue on priority basis to avoid these kind of issues in future instead of closing this accident in the name of foot board travel because train is not empty and no place to park the legs in train

She started cursing me, my eye power gonna increase, i'll be blind. At arrival time my 17 year brother got harassed, he listened many slangs also by a hizra. We need justice.                         Train no:22419 is running late for more than 3 hour and now it is halted for more than 1 hour at nihalgarh.
                        It is administration mistake and consumer suffer.
                        It is humbly request to start the train at its earliest and save us from more delay.

                          I have been traveling from naharlagun to guwahati and my berth was s6-46 but since my friends were in berth s6-58 so i was with the till 11 and in between the tte came and he marked my berth 46 too after i showed him my ticket. But after 11 when i went back to my seat the seat was allotted to someone and she argued telling it's her seat and the tte has alloted her the seat and she even paid for it. The tte was clearly aware that the passenger of berth 46 was boarding the train but still he alloted that seat to others and i had to travel the whole night journey without seat. This is a very bad thing. The tte shouldn't allot the seat to others this way when he even ticked my ticket and knew that i was on the train. This should not happen and i hope the indian railways look upon the problem

                            It is really worst experience with indian railways, i started travelling on 22nd of july from betwa express which reached to the final destination kanpur at right time but it has hold for many reasons without any reason, i had to changed for another train but due to this incidence i lost my another train.. And this is the daily practice of this train and no one objected so far... What kind of system it is, indian railways must ashamed of this kind of practice. It is request take proper action against of these acts and for the responsible authority.. I will also lodge complaint to consumer forum for this issue. If no action will taken from your end..

                            I had very bad experience with Padmavati Express from Tirupati to Secunderabad and vice versa.
                            Train never reached its destination on said time. It's always delayed by 1-2 hrs late. Some one should look in to this seriously as even my friends expressed same grievuence

                              Dear sir,
                              The railway department of kasargod didn't even had time to listen to our request/query and started gossiping about unnecessary discussion. If the department doesn't want us to come via railway or train, kindly tell us in advance. Please don't make fun or show disrespect to its customers/ passengers.
                              The railway department has quite a good park where only railway people are allowed. I respect for such but not allowing an ordinary person who is not employed in railways, just don't make any sense. We say we have rights given by the constitution, but when it comes only to sit for few minutes in parks of railways. Our rights have no value because to go to such park we need to be an employee of railways. So in such cases railways should provide more vacancies and give opportunities to all the people. And railway employees have to treat better or put some board as private property, because when it is said to have public parks all can go to such parks.

                                निवेदन इस प्रकार है, कि मैं कल रात्रि को (22 जुलाई, 2018)गाड़ी सं 16312 (बीकानेर-कुच्चिवली एक्स.) से कोजि़कोड से बीकानेर जा रहा था।इस गाड़ी के कल रात्रि 22 जुलाई को 11ः37 pm पर वसाई-रोड स्टेशन पँहुचने पर 15-20 गुन्डे व लठैत लाठियों व लोहे के सरियों सहित गाड़ी में प्रवेश करके मेरे सहित कुछ अन्य लोगों से मारपीट-छीनाझपटी करते हैं व दूसरे यात्रियों को भी अपनी कुर्सी नहीं छोड़ने की हिदायत देते हैं।इस घटनाक्रम में मेरा मोबाइल भी दो बार गिरने से टूट जाता है।बदमाशों द्वारा 2-3 बार चैन पुलिंग भी की जाती है, जबकि रेल्वे पुलिस के 2-3 स्टेशन पर मौजूद थे।मेरे द्वारा 182 पर कई बार डायल किया जाता है, फिर भी फोन नहीं लगता है। इस प्रकरण को दर्ज कर जाँच कराई जाए। मेरे pnr no-[protected]

                                  One of worst experience while traveling on 28th june 2018 in indian railway as due to non availability of tickets i have booked ticket from gorakhpur to lucknow in gkp - pune exp on 28th june 2018 pnr: [protected] it was running 3 hours late so i missed my onward journey train mahamana exp on 29th june 2018 train no 22417 pnr: [protected] so i had filed tdr request then later to catch my onward journey train i have boarded saptkranti exp 12557 on 29th june 2018 which was the currently available at that time from lucknow but unfortunately this train also started running late and it was delayed by more then 8 hours and i missed my onward journey train which was going to take to my final destination from new delhi to goa samparkkranti exp 12218 pnr : [protected] and i have called irctc to cancel ticket they told me forward the pnr but it was not cancelled and i had file tdr but tdr was rejected because of some rule changes.
                                  So sir i would request that it's totally not my fault then why i need to loose my money so please refund my money and later i had to do current reservation and and spend more 13000 rupees for further travel had to face so much problems so please refund my money of pnr [protected]. This train i have missed because of indian railways fault.

                                  On 14 July i booked my bike for reaching to surat but till now the status of my bike is showing for other station, the PRR no. Is [protected]. Please look into this matter
                                  Whenever i try to call the parcel customer number no one answered. So its my humble request please help me out

                                    Since i could not get irctc login webcite, i contacted icici webcite on 21th of july 2018, and gave all the detailes they asked and paid rs.400/- as my ticket fare. But to my horror, icici informed me that they will direct us to irctc website & that they have forwarded all the details to the irctc and now it is the responsibility of the indian railwys to issue the relevant ticket to me. To our disappointment, we could not get the irctc website even through icici also. From that day onwards i am trying to catch the irctc login web site but could not access to their website.
                                    Rs.400/- paid to icici bank-rail ticket booking vide easy pay reference id [protected].

                                    And i had a some personal problems so i cancelled my ticket on 10th July but still not recieved my ticket fare so please kindly check my ticket fare and return it soon... Thanking you
