During the ticket booking process, after giving my debit card details, i got the message requested berth preference not met, and the process terminated. Amount was deducted from my bank account, but i did not get any message about ticket booking without considering my preferences.

This is related to train no 74033 (Delhi sarai rohilla to farukhnagar) dmu passenger running between delhi sarai rohilla and farukhnagar and this train has not run in its scheduled time in any single day. The distance between both the stations is only 48 kms and travel time is 1hr 35 minutes but the train departs around 10-20 minutes late every day from delhi sarai rohilla which is its originating station and accumulates late on the way too....

On 10 July 2018, I booked two tickets from Kottayam to Chennai in 2 AC of 12624 Chennai Mail of 15 July 2018 through online booking. An amount of Rs 3191.8 has been deducted from my SBI bank account vide transaction ID IGADYBGKW7 through State Bank Internet Banking. But no ticket has been booked.

Under bridge connecting lingarajpuram and Cooks Town of Banaswadi Railway Station is in very bad condition as there is 24 hours lekage of water below the platform bridge drippling due to the station wash room with a very pungent smell and every passer by tried to avoid the drippling and caused accident prone for traffic.
