I booked a parcel from tata to bza on[protected]. It is loaded in tata-allepy train on[protected]. It is supposed to be unloaded in bza on[protected]. When i asked about consignment, officers in vijayawada railway paracel office are saying they haven't received the consignment.

I am really helpless.

Request you to kindly look into the matter and take an action.

    I was travelling from bhagalpur to kota form bhagalpur-ajmer train, train no - 13423 on 28th june 2018. My wallet get stolen at mugal sarai railway station. It contains my phone, id card and some money.
    Please help me to find my accessories and all.

    It contains my ticket also.
    This particular site is when a consumer is cheated by a company. But when you put such kind of "complain" I am not sure how to react. Did you complain at the local police station? It is Indian railway rule that you should make a written complaint at the Station where you realised your wallet is stolen, Did you make a complaint? So suggest you make the complaint at Mughal Sarai station. I really doubt if the thieves are reading Consumer complaint forums for returning the wallets. So assuming that you are educated. Make the necessary complaint at the Mughal Sarai Railway Police station. I doubt the Indian Railways are going to understand what exactly are they supposed to do.
    Sir I journey in this train on date 21.06.2018 ..Now this training getting late 10 hr.What is the actual time of arrival on station.and why it gone 10 hr getting late ..We are too much haresment on this train .This is my first and last journey in this train .Sir it stopped at unnecessary stopage.
    I have today booked ticket by train no 22625 double deckeer train from chennai to ksr bangalore for journey on 30 th june 5 tickets
    amout of Rs 2500 debited from account but ticket not generated

      I travelled in a1 coach of train no 16514 from udupi to bangalore on 27th june 2018. The train started from kaarwar on 27th june. L travelled by the same train on 28th of june from bangalore to udupi in a1 coach again in lower birth no 36.
      On the window side my pillow got drenched by rain water both days profusely. I brought it the notice of the staff. But it seemed to me that they are not very much worried or caring about it. This will be a big problem for the daily passengers. Pl take note of it try to resolve it immediately.

        If the tc catch someone traveling in the luggage compartment and then that person has paid the amount of rs.500/- only for khar road to bandra.

        Can you please tell me if you if you paid the amount then when that person had received the receipt

        The tc name is farookh khan in bandra.

        He's telling that person u can come tomorrow and tack ur receipt.

        I think it's a sign of the corruption.

          Dear sir/mam,
          I have tried book ticket through my irctc account 'pratdiary'. As transaction failed amount debited from my icici bank account two times each 2590 rs +2590 rs.in website status showing amount refunded but actually no such amount refunded.. One amount having 490 rs. Also not refunded which was related to cancelled ticket. I have already awaited more than three days but no such action take place. Kindly take appropriate action asap so that i could get my amount in account.

          I have still not received any update from Railway Authorities. How much time it will take to resolve matter? As per instruction which they claim amount will be refunded within three days from transaction but today is 28th June 2018 while booking took place on 23rd June 2018 and website showing amount refunded on 26th June 2018 in your account while no such any amount refunded in my account.

          Please find the mini statement of account from which amount debited.

            I have been making journey very frequently. Most of the times in 3rd ac. Every time i observed that the bed sheets and pillow covers are found to be unwashed. Many times it happened that i wrote a complaint in the complaint book available with the tte. Nothing has happened. No calls from railways dept.in any way. Many times, even at the start place of the journey, the tolets in the train are not cleaned. No proper liquid soap is made available by the agencies. No one is there to take responsibilities. What is this. Where the authorities have gone.? Are they sleeping.?

                I cancelled ticket when it is not confirmed in the train and at that time it was shown that INR 1135/- will be refunded and I can see on irctc website that it is showing that amount is already refunded although it is not refunded yet. I can't see the amount in my bank statement. Kindly let me know why it is not refunded yet moreover also let me know to whom I should contact for getting the amount back as soon as possible.

                  Hi,

                  I wanted to ask what has happened at delhi - lucknow route via moradabad / bareilly. Trains are late by minimum 5 6 hours and i am talking about summers when there are no fog.

                  I am talking about kashi vishwanath express / padmavat express / 14004 ndls - malda town / garib rath 22408.

                  Only train which get on time are shatabdi from ndls - lko. Because it does not travels on that route it takes a different route.

                  This delay is not of 1 day. From last 1 year, its being the same.

                  I recently travelled from ndls - pune. Trains were superbly timed. Even though the travel time is 24hours the trains are late hardly by 30 minutes. But here travel time is 12 hourse and trains are late by 5 6 hours.

                  On 18th June 2018 money Rs. 1, 711.11 deducted twice from my credit card account for ticket booking from GKP TO ANVT. Ticket not booked. Still money not refunded to my account please refund.

                    Dear sir
                    On-board railway staff-tte behavior not good. Yesterday (25th jun-18) i was on journey with my family to delhi from kurukshetra in train no. 11902 in ac chair car. Train departure time from kurukshetra 14:50 hrs., whereas i board the train at 14:45 hrs., and find that ac not working, railway on-board staff-tte was in front of the train cc coach and we asked why ac not working in cc, he told "ye to aise hi rahega, agar abhi ac chalwaoge to delhi tak bhi aise hi le jayunga". This unprofessional behavior heart us very much. Me and my father told him that there is guidelines/recommendation from railway that ac will start in train before 30min. Of start of journey, then he reply "tumhare jaise 73 passenger daily le jata hun sabki sununga to ho gaya, jo karna ha kar lo" i told him why he was not replay in correct way, that railway staff told "jisko complaint dalni ho daal ho mera name-deepak gowsami hain" jo karna ha kar lo. He was wearing the id card but hidden in this shirt and only id card strap visible and "agra ncr" written on that strap.
                    I am totally upset with the incident. We belongs to india, if such incident will happened to any foreign tourist, then what will be the image of our country he takes from here and spread in other country.
                    This is also not confirming the tag line of railway "a passenger is the most important visitor on our premises".
                    Requesting to concerned person/deptt. To look into the matter and take the appropriate action. I also raised the complaint on 138 helpline no. At 16:22 (And call time was 5m 17s) during the journey but nothing has been registered and i did not have any complaint no. Whereas mr. Anil kumar who attended the complaint on 138-helpline no. Told me that i will get the complaint on my mobile no. How can we improve the situation if person responsible for complaint not doing his duty and on the other hand on-board staff continue to misbehave and spoil the railway image due to their non-professional attitude.

                      Train number 01102 passenger was boarded at varanasi i was made to wait in the train for 3 hours and then asked to deboard as the train has to go for washing not only the train has been delayed by 9 hours but connecting train is also missed i am a single girl traveling alone my safety has been also compromised.                             Team, i am manish jain, mene apna house hold booked karwaya tha on 23-jun-2018 from nzm to sgo, but abhi tak deliver nahi hua, please team check, my humble request to all. Sagar local ja kar pucha to bola ki complain karo because malum nahi kaha par utar diya gya hai mera all house hold. Please please check it.
                            Mera ak new fridge hai, ak palang, or kuch cartoon hai jisme mere clothing, utensils etc.

                              While travelling from palakkad to shornur (Kerala) i did not taken ticket due to time emergency and boarded the train. I do realize that i commit a mistake, on asking the ticket by tc i was unable to produce ticket. I was even ready to pay fine. After paying fine, i asked him his id card as he was not in his uniform. But he refused to show me his id card and threatened me that i will be sent to rpf custody in shornur even after paying fine. The two policemen with him had supported him. I think asking for id is not an argument, it's a valid question/demand from passenger to ensure whether he is actually tc or not. I strongly feel he was fake tc with fake policemen. His two colleague called him sreejesh (Tc) as his name.

                                This complaint is against the attendant assigned to coach no. A2, train no.04046 anand vihar gkp ac special. Around 3:45 in the morning i felt somebody sitting near my legs. By the time i could say anything to him he start peeing around my entire luggage and over the old uncle who was sitting in my front seat. I scolded the attendant to go away and he without listening continued his act and refused to go away. I pushed him and shouted and tried to wake up uncle in the front seat. He was so out of mind that in spite of shouting at him he again sat on my seat. I continued shouting but i've no clue to what sleep others were up to. Then suddenly he ran away. It's kind of very disappointing for a girl like me who is travelling alone and i'm quite scared after the incident. It would be a great help if railway could identify and take strict action against him

                                    I, garima daily passenger of jhelum express wanys submit complaint against jhelum express which is also known as jammu tawi. It's scheduled time is 8:33 in morning at sonipat station, despite of coming on time it is stopped before sabzi mandi outer on daily basis for 15-20 without any reason. Kindly take action against this because due to this daily 5-10 thousand people suffer with late attendance

                                      The train 22406 with pnr ([protected]) from anvt to pnbe was late around 26hrs. Its schedule arrival time at pnbe was 5:35. Due to this i was not able to travel from anvt to pnbe to board the next connecting train 12568 with pnr ([protected]) from pnbe to shc. So i have filled the tdr for 12568 before its schedule departure, which was rejected. I have filed tdr after discussion with irctc customer care executive (Mr. Shivam) on 07/jun/2018.
                                      I have also raised same query to [protected]@irctc.co.in. First he enquired each and every information of tdr whether it was eligible for full refund or not as follows:
                                      Train's schedule departure time was 12:45. Tdr was filed at 12:43. The executive also send us the link http://contents.irctc.co.in/en/REFUND%20RULES%20wef%2012-Nov-15.pdf to check refund.in which it is clearly written in para 6 (A), if tdr was filed before actual departure of then train then customer will liable to get full refund. But i have filed tdr before its schedule departure. You can also check the tdr record. Currently i cannot check actual departure of the train. Actual departure cannot be earlier than scheduled departure.
                                      When it was clear that i am eligible for full refund then the executive said your tdr was rejected, you can check the tdr status at http://www.refunds.indianrail.gov.in/refund/refund.ref_status. after that the executive are giving same answer to check tdr status.
                                      First train was late around 26 hrs, then how we can board connecting train. The time difference between first train’s arrival and 2nd train’s departure is 7hrs 10minutes which is more than 3 hrs. This was railway's fault why customer will suffer.
                                      Please do the needful to refund full fare.

                                        On 2nd april i did 2 transactions on irctc, transaction id: [protected] and [protected]. Booking of both the transactions are failed and i received a mail that refund has been processed and they gave me refund reference number which are 74506218093000003303641and 74506218093000003303658.

                                        But i did not got refund till now, i contacted sbi customer care, visited branch but they are telling me they don't have my money and they are unable to track and even after repeated complaints on twitter and mails to irctc and minister of indian railways they are just giving me the refund refrence id and not giving my money. Please solve my issue
