We had sent the item via speedpost and they didn't deliver the device and returned back to us broken .
We had lost a costly device and the department is not responding to our complains by saying that it was delivered but we had complained directly to postmaster on the same day by showing the device and submitting the application to him .
And we had sent the reminder to the GPO, SSPO, CPMG also but there is no response for their side
