Srinivas bearing Account No. [protected] with Syndicate Bank (Now Canara Bank), Neredmet Branch, IFSC CODE: CNRB0013439, hereby would like to bring to your notice that I had made a transaction at Indicash ATM located beside Metro Rail Station Dilsukh Nagar adjacent to Dilsukh Nagar Bus Depot bearing ATM ID. NO: TKKS0345 at around 7:30 pm. While the transaction was in progress all of a sudden the power to ATM centre got shut down along with the whole area, I waited at the ATM site more than 30 minutes and the power supply resumed, ATM restarted and was displaying a dialogue “ Temporarily out of service, Sorry of the inconvenience” and the above cited amount has been debited from my account and got SMS to my mobile which is Mobile# [protected]. I informed the Syndicate about the same issue and as well as I am writing to you and forwarding the same to RBI also. Hence I request you to kindly revert my above cited amount to my bank account (Account No. [protected] with Syndicate Bank (Now Canara Bank), Neredmet Branch, IFSC CODE: CNRB0013439), or Google pay Mobile# [protected] at the earliest. Your early action in this regard is highly appreciated.

Hi indicash team I tried to with draw money from one of your atm and money got debited from my savings account but not dispensed by atm. Transaction details for your reference TAAS0719

I have make 2500 atm withdrawal from indicash atm near shivajinagar branch pune, money debited from my account but not comes through atm.plz resolved issue.

Main main indicash ATM se 7000 per withdrawal kiya tha per Mujhe 1800 rupaye hi mile hain Baki amount kab milegi account holder vimal pradhan sbi account near [protected]

There is a very irresponsible by the ATM machine owners, there is so much technical issues in this ATM no one is taking action on this ATM, when the card was taken by device and finally the ATM card is not able to come outside from the machine, the branch managers should take serious action up on by the it department.

Money is not coming and my account to withrawal .sir atm of power supply is offed .

My balance is 2500 rs hold in atm .power supply is off .

Cash not dispensed but debited from account

I withdrew Rs2000 cash but it came only Rs1600 from the ATM and Rs400 missing.
But 2000 was debited from my account.
Is it a technical error or a fraud?
I need it get resolved ASAP or I have to take another step and make sure I get back my money and it doesn't happen to anyone else.

I won’t received any amount but still got the text of withdrawal

On 28/11 /2020 I went to indi cash atm which is located at agriculture market ysr district kadapa
I had withdrawn amount of rs 300
But got debited from my account and not received by me in the atm

Yesterday[protected] evening I was try to withdraw money from your atm first time I was received money4500. But I was try to withdraw second time but that time after entry of pin current off so I didn’t receive money but debited my account

I use ur atm. Not received amount from this atm. I debated from my a count.

Sir, I have made a transaction for money withdrawal of 1000 rs from ur ATM machine on[protected] at around 12:40 pm in Kolakaluru, Guntur-522307. It shown unable to process the transaction in the machine. I again tried to withdraw 1000 rs from another ATM beside it. It has also shown the transaction is unable to process... Later after 10 minutes I received msgs that 2000 debited from my account... This is not fair and could lead to the lose of interest for the consumers to use your ATMs... So please do return my money back to my account...

This is to inform that when cash was withdrawn from the atm.. Instead of getting cash.. There was an error stating that the atm is temporarily out of service.. And the amount is debited from the account.. The amount withdrawn was 2500.in jyothi nagar malkajgiri.
This is very bad that atm doesn't work properly.
Kindly do the needful and reply to the complaint asap. Thank you.

This morning we took rs 10, 000 from your atm mani nagar, paramakudi, ramanathapuram, of which a 500 rupee note came in torn.
You can check this from your atm camera.

I have withdrawn an amount of 2000 rs at aswapuram ATM on 20/08/2020. The problem is the amount is deducted from my account but cash didn't come from the ATM. Today i. E. 14/07/2020 at 0549 am i have tried to withdrawal of money ₹4000/- at tata indicash atm watatmtars0341 located aphb colony, nelloe, andhra pradesh from account no. X9516 video txn #[protected].

Cash not delivered and a msg shown on monitor id unable to process request.

But amount debited to my account.
