[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — amount deducted from bank but ticket not booked. | |||
I was booking a flight ticket from chennai to agartala. Payment was successful. The amount was deducted from my account and also checked my account. Here also i found that the amount was debited from my account. After the payment was made, the system filed to generate the itenary. The details of the information rceived from gpay is given below Requested by Interglobe aviation limited Indigo Paid 5, 890 Today 8:37 pm Upi transaction id [protected] To: interglobe aviation limited Goindigo. [protected]@hdfcbank Google transaction id Cicagkcg44rzuw. I have not received the pnr number for my ticket. When i contacted customer support they informed me that the money is credited in indigo account but payment interruption problem occured. When will i get back the money.
