Am dr shyam sundar ips former dgp tn and i booked fully refundable air ticketsfor my to & fro trip from chennai to madurai in pnr 00uysj for travel on sep 11 & 13 respectively. Due to exigencies of service of nhrc cancelled it and payment gateway ref no[protected]. However, rs 4112 (Rupees four thousand one hundred and twelve remains not refunded.
