[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — baggage damage | |||
Hi this is logesh, my baggage damaged due to mishandling by indigo staff, (22feb 2020) i traveled from pune to bangalore by indigo 6e 103 flight (Seat 5d) airlines: pnr pgggks Airport incharge mr. Pradeep assistant manager assisting us very cheaply by saying 500-700 rupees can be our option for your damage attitude is very cheap I really hurt by their answer, i carry my lagage with damaged bag due to indigo people, indigo staffs are not able to resolve their customers compliants I need bag replacement asap Was this information helpful? | |||
