[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — baggage missing from airport | |||
Dear sir/madam, Indigo airlines Sub : red color safari trolley baggage is missing from airport on 22nd dec 2018 My itinerary on 22nd dec 2018 was from bhubaneswar to hyderabad via chennai. Issue : My flight from bhubaneswar to chennai on 22nd dec was departed at 13:20 pm noon instead of 12:00 pm (Flight no -6e-182 indigo). Due to this delay have missed my second flight from chennai to hyderabad at 16:05 pm (Flight no - 6e 302) and got into next possible indigo flight at 17:15 (Flight no - 6e 3173). That time when i asked to indigo agents they told that your baggage will be available at hyderabad baggage counter no need to worry. But when i reached at hyderabad and inquired about my baggage (Red color safari trolley bag) they told that chennai people didn't record about this bag. After that, have tried multiple times to contact chennai agent but they didn't pickup (Chennai agent no - [protected]). My next flight was from hyderbad to dubai at 20:10 pm (Flight no - ai 951 etk:[protected]c2) so was in hurry and hyderabad agent took made me to wait for one hour. The bag is so much valuable to me and have nothing to wear for me now. Kindly, look into this matter asap, i am totally devastated with this situation.
