[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — boarding denied even after getting boarding passes

Am vamsee krishna, an employee of good year tyres. We are family of 5, out of which two are senior citizens, among whom one is a chronic patient with urological problen, traveling from hyderabad to ahmedabad on 11 th august 2019 with pnr details zkmp4a (3 tickets) and be24xs (2 tickets) for the flight 6e 995. We reached the airport at 3:50 and the process of baggage and security check in took long that last check in was mine which was at 4:20. While reaching the gate, my 8 year and the elderly lady, chronic patient had emergency and had to go to the wash room and reached the gate at 4:35. And we were not allowed to get through the gate inspite of having the boarding passes and were 35 minutes before the departure time. The person at the gate seemed and showed as if he was trying to call and update and help us. But 4:50 i. E 15 mins after we reached at the gate, he said that he can't allow us. We were asked to meet a person at the security counter upstairs and so on. These air tickets for 5 costed me rs.19682 which we booked a fortnight before which is of a loss. We were going to ahemdabad on a job transfer so we had no other choice left but to fly to mumbai and arrange an alternate which is worth of rs.22000 again including 24 hours of time waste and lot of pressure and stress, with a patient in the family. This is not done. We are not happy with the service. We were at the gate before 35 minutes to the departure.

You can't bring back my time and energy and can not erase my tension and pressure. But i request you the money back for which i paid and got the boarding passes for but not allowed to fly.
This is a serious concern before you because i had met close to 6 families i. E about 10 more people flying by your airlines to different destinations who were not allowed to board inspite of having a boarding pass and having arrived at the gate well in advance to the departure.

Please address my issue
