Indigo Airlines — Cancellation charges /reschedule charges

Good Afternoon.
I have certain grievances on Airlines way of functioning resulting in loss of money due to no fault of passengers and I am taking this opportunity to apprise about this to you. Unfair trade practices being adopted by the Airlines should be stopped at any cost with your kind help and intervention.
Your intervention in this matter is deeply required for benefits of the passengers travelling by Airlines.
I have booked air ticket from Kolkata to Jaipur( 6E-208) on 24.12.2016 and back from Jaipur to Kolkata on 27.12.2016 by Indigo( 6E-237) through MAKE MY TRIP.COM online. Ticket was booked on 23.9.2016. On 30.9.2016, I had received a SMS from the Make my Trip that the Jaipur -Kolkata flight which was scheduled to depart at 17.35 hrs was rescheduled at 20.35 hrs . Booking Id is NF[protected].
The rescheduling of flight has put me in all sort of problems and all my pre-planned assignments at Kolkata gets blocked and moreover I have booked my train ticket from Kolkata to Rourkela scheduled to depart at 23.55 hrs on 27.10.2016 will also be missed as the rescheduled flight is expected to reach Kolkata at 23.00 Hrs.I have to cancel the Train ticket losing considerable money .
Under the above circumstances, I have two options left. Either to cancel the Air ticket or to reschedule the flight on the same day, both the cases Airlines will be charging hefty amount and I will be compelled to pay without my fault.

Respected Sir, i have following point to make, which may be looked into favorably:
1) If I cancel the air ticket due to above reasons, I will lose huge money (INR 4000 appr) due to fault of Airlines. I feel, this mode of rescheduling of flight is an alternate source of income which is tantamount to cheating/ extortion from the passengers.
2) If Airlines reschedule the flight as per operational convenience / requirement, option should be given to the air passengers whether they are comfortable/accept with reschedule time and if not, they are free to cancel the ticket without levy of any cancellation charges / reschedule charges. Rule on levy of cancellation charges / reschedule charges are unilateral and are biased in favour of Airlines.
3) Airlines should have given an option whether passenger can be accommodated in earlier flight and accordingly same can be booked in the earlier flight without any extra charges.
4) While booking air ticket, it is some sort of mutual agreement between Airline Carrier and the passengers. Since there is deviation on the Air Lines part, no cancellation charge should be paid to them by passenger. Also, Airline should give option to the passenger to accommodate in any of the flight on the same date for the desired destination.
5) Within 7 days from booking the Ticket, Airlines have rescheduled the flight. Who knows, they will not reschedule the flight again with malafide intentions.
6) Makemy trip team is passing buck on Airlines and they pretend to be helpless. It is the duty of e-commerce portal booking for passenger also should be held responsible for all the above irregularity.

Sir, Kindly look into the above predicament and prevail upon the Airlines authority / E-commerce portal to solve my problems without charging any extra money.
