[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — charging for luggage | |
Hi, Unfortunately my cabin luggage was 10kg. The indigo executive of biju pattnaik international airport bhubaneswar has charged rs 4000 for this. I requested her to charge for extra 3 kg but she didn't listen to me. I am really disappointed with your service, you people are only behind the money, i am a student but you didn't consider my case, if possible please refund my money, you can charge for extra 3 kg there is no issue but don't do like this. Regards, Team IndiGo Verified Support Feb 20, 2019 IndiGo Customer Care's response Hi Subhasmita, We have investigated this internally and our staff has informed you that the check-in baggage allowance cannot be clubbed with handbag allowance bag allowance. Further, you have checked-in total of 25 kg baggage which is 10 kg excess from the check-in baggage allowance. Flight supposed to depart at 21:10
Got delayed to 21:55 (informed around 18:30)
But got further delayed to 22:30 WITHOUT ANY COMMUNICATION (not even at the boarding gate).
So much for choosing an airline known for on-time services
We are extremely sorry that you didn't get our communication. We always try to notify our passenger as soon as we receive an update. Please share your booking reference/ PNR number via private message so we may check this.
