[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — cheating and charging more fare after booking ticket

Dear sir i booked tickets for two passengers from indore to raipur on 08.09.2018 for 23 september and made them payment of rs 6700 for passenger. On17sept my programe changed and i asked them to reschedule ticket of one passenger to26 september. They told me that i had to pay a penality of rs 2500+fare difference of 8sept and 17septemberwhich they told was rs3700 i agreed and asked when to pay the difference. They told that at the time of travel. On 23 sept when i went on couter to collect the ticket they told that ticket was not rescheduled and i have to pay new fare of rs5700 where as on that day new ticket was available for rs 5100. After so many discussions they didnt resceduled my ticket neither repay my amount. They kept it into their pocket and asked me to refundonly rs 250which i denied and told them that i would contact pahredar. So please help me to refund my amount which was deceicivily forfieted.
