[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — Unable to generate travel certificate

I booked an air ticket in indigo. However, I have misplaced my boarding pass which I need to submit in the office.
I have been trying to apply for travel certificate from indigo airlines website but every time I am trying to request the travel certificate it is showing the below mentioned error:
please enter correct email address.
I have tried with multiple email ids, but the same error is popping every single time.

Kindly arrange to provide me a with a travel certificate at the earliest.
