Indigo Airlines — Complaint for pnr no:cfllpe | |||||
Hi, I have booked on behalf of my wife and child for 8th of May at 8.50 PM flight on 12th of January. Today suddenly i got a sms saying the flight got delayed to 10 PM which will be reaching in Bangalore at 12 AM where i have to take a another flight which is at 11.50 PM. While discussing with customer support they suggested me to reschedule the flight by paying the cancellation fee. As a consumer my only complaint is why should we suffer when some inconvenient happens with you. I would have accepted if i would have been the passenger but its the safety for my wife and daughter which i can not compromise I have the early booking for the same day so i can not afford to delay the flight after 11 PM. Therefore i request you to reschedule my flight to the flight which are coming earlier on the same day without any additional charges.
