[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — delay of flight | |
I`d booked a ticket pnr no fi8ztt on 31st may from bhopal to chennai for my son sankalp mehani. Flight had to reach chennai at 3:08 pm then he had to catch a train at 5:30 pm (Shatabdi express) from railway station. Flight was delayed for more than an hour and he missed his train. He was alone to travel. It was very difficult to buy a raliway ticket in an emergency and we couldn`t get refund of that train ticket because train had deaparted. This is ridiculous.
