Denied entry to the flight though reached boarding gate on time. My indigo flight (6e-712) bom (16:45) to rpr (18:40) was schedule for 4.45pm on 02/01/2018 and because of road traffic and accident i reached airport at 4pm, i asked for check-in at 4.05 to the security but they didn't allowed me to do check-in on time with my hand luggage only and because of that i missed my flight to board. This is highly disgraceful and disappointment from indigo services that they didn't allowed passenger to board flight due to that i have faced lot of trouble to reach my place. This is highly unsatisfied and unsatisfactory services from indigo, i would like to request kindly provide my money refund back 4764.00inr with paytm booking id ([protected]) booked on 21st dec 2018. However, to ensure a hassle-free experience for everyone, we have to follow certain protocols like closing the check-in counter before 45 mins of flight departure. Our staff has no reason to deny boarding to passengers who report on-time. Sadly, you had reported after the closure, hence we were unable to allow you onboard.
