[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — excess fare charged (booking ref mh1yvd)

Dear Sir,
It is believed that indigo flight fare are very much compititive to the other airlines and in such perception, I booked a ticket for the journey of my son Mr. Saharsh Poddar Ex Chennai to Patna for 03.11.2018 by 6E-441 under student quota paying Rs.8359 on 08.08.2018
Two days later, based on an informative e-mail received by me, I observed that spice airline is offering flight No. SG-731 at fare of Rs.5576 incl. all, which also run at 6.25AM & reaches Patna at 9.55AM, which is almost Rs.2783 less to the fare charged by your company to me.
In a single day booking gap, for the same date and and almost for the similar time ( 1.45hr), it’s never expected for such a substantial difference in fare.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful to refund the excess fare charged to me or otherwise it will lead to the lack of trust in your company as reagrds to the fare and one would enquire so many times before making booking with you. The case may also be refered to the concerned authority because it’s really very painful indeed.
