[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — fined for extra baggage of rs.1800/-

Dear sir,

Please note that, my son a student of jain college, bangalore has booked
Flight ticket from raipur to bangalore on 10/06/18, in students options
So that he can carry 25 kgs. But unfortunately at raipur your counter has
Charged rs.1800/- fine for extra baggage pnr qk4l8$ receipt no.1578741
Dt.10/6/18. Where he has shown even the id card of college,
It is regret to note that, my self m. Jayakrishnan, and my son nihar jayakrishnan are travelling frequently in indigo to, bangalore, cochin,
Heyderabad etc. Since last few years and it is painful facing such incident from your part. Please check and do the needful.
