That is why we have provided a credit shell of the cancellation charges to our customers which can be used in future and refunded the balance amount in the travel agency account used to make the booking. I have booked ticket from ranchi to delhi on 12th march.2020
Due to corona virus we are facing some health issue and want to cancel our booking. But airlines are levying cancellation charges and not refunding full amount as per government present corona virus policy.
