Verified Support Aug 11, 2020 IndiGo Customer Care's response Dear [protected]@gmail.com, Please know that the Airline cancellation was due to the travel restrictions imposed to manage the outbreak of coronavirus. That is why we have provided a credit shell of the cancellation charges to our customers which can be used in future and refunded the balance amount in the travel agency account used to make the booking. Due to corona virus we are facing some health issue and want to cancel our booking. But airlines are levying cancellation charges and not refunding full amount as per government present corona virus policy.
We've processed refund for the mentioned booking after deducting the convenience fee which is a transaction charge and non-refundable. We request you to check with your bank if the same is not credited.
