[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — for wrong rescheduling by tickets and not giving answers of my calls for 5 days

I booked two tickets to delhi to goa pnr no. K7de8l on 22nd feb 2018 and return tickets on 26thfeb 2018 pnr no. Lsdlwx by airasia. I called the indigo airlines on 14ty feb 2018 to prepond my booking to delhi to goa from 22nd feb 2018 to 20th feb 2018. I got a mail from there side they postpond my tickets on 28tg feb 2018. I called the indigo airlines again on 16th feb 2018 to check this booking and explain my case to them. They ensured me i got a call back with in 6 hours. Then i again wait for 48 hours i call them again on 18th feb 2018 in evening and explain my case again to them they again say wait 2 hours and i told them to tranfer my call to your and senior they start saying he was busy i wll arrrange a cl back in 15 mins then i again wait for 5 hours i ddnt get any call from airlines. Then i again cll them in afternoon i explain all this to them they say our senior is busy i will definitely arrange a cl back to u. So i told them to put me on hold they hold me for 10 to 15 mins and say he was busy right now and we checked your consversion with our associate for ticket rescheduling its not our fault so we dnt prepond tht ticket or we charged u again for again rescheduling your flight. I got all my other reservation on 20th feb 2018 i dnt get any tickets by them i booked new fresh tickets for 20th feb 2018 and return on 23rd feb 2018 tht pnr no rmsbtm and return pnr no w6ku5b its coat me 34000rs more and 26000rs befor i got loose of 60000rs on these flight please help me

Dear IndiGo today I Falgunee bhusan travelled from Bhubaneswar to Jaipur . At jaipur airport I got my luggage wheel totally broken. It's a sad to say dat it's a torture to me with a broken wheel. Please take my complaint seriously. It's betterment of an airlines and a customer . Please. Bhusan [protected]
