[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — grievances : penalised for forgetting wallet | |
Hi, On 21st June I traveled to Delhi from Pune(PNR - DF7ZJT) with you in flight number 6E-672. By mistake I forgot my wallet when I descended from the plane. Then I contacted customer support on the airport and they sent the check staff to get the wallet. They found it but INR 1000 were missing from my wallet. Last evening only I withdrew INR 1600 and got INR 600 back in my wallet. Such services are not expected from Indigo. I would like to raise a service request and want you to look deeper into this. I still have got the receipt SMS that I had withdrawn INR 1600 from the ATM. It wasn't a good experience; I think that was a penalty I have paid for forgetting my wallet inside.
